This was an American citizen who has owned this small business for at least 15 years. She worked hard. Built it herself. This is how City and County of Denver Mike Johnston treats American citizens. I see illegal aliens everywhere operating businesses WITH NO LICENSE AND THEY NEVER PAY TAXES, yet they are never bothered by authorities. Colorado hates citizens.
