THE ENDING: Day 36 Commonwealth V Karen Read Count 1 & 3 = NOT GUILTY Count 2 Lessor Included #5 Simple OUI : GUILTY. CW Special Prosecutor Hank Brennan recommended 1 Year Probation & Judge Beverly Cannone accepted the recommendation immediately sentenced Karen to 1 year probation and 24D a MA program for 1st time OUI offenders. There was no FINDING consistent with lower extremity impact from a vehicle therefore air-go Officer John O’Keefe was NOT struck by or side swiped by a 7000 lb vehicle on January 29th 2022.. FACT: the only physical incident during relationship was when Officer O’Keefe “smashed” Karen Read in the face with pillow on 1/28/22 AM re: Dunkin argument On (NOT prime time 😉) Court TV Julie theorizes Karen Read “hit” Officer O’Keefe IN THE CAR causing laceration above his eyebrow!?! 🤨 Dr. Banerjee calls this a “brilliant thought”… Karen Read’s defense IS Officer O’Keefe was beat up & Karen’s Lexus did not cause JOK injuries/death.
