Last night ended up being everything I hoped for & more. After 24 hours of travel ✈️ I wasn’t sure if I could sit through a 3 hour game but the amazing company, the rocking stadium vibe & stunning game & victory erased all the jet lag n exhaustion ❤️ I have to do a separate appreciation post for the way saddi team performed last night. It was a happy scene on the ground & I went from sleepy to smiley as we made a new IPL record. A big thank you to the PBKS squad 🙏 for giving so much happiness to all our fans in the stadium & around the world ❤️👊🔥👏🦁 #ting #Basjeetnahai #PBKSvsLSG

Last game was special not just for the cricket but also for the guests that came to support our team. I stumbled upon these people on social media & was deeply touched by their selfless acts of kindness, bravery, & their intent to uplift others around them which truly imbibes the Punjabi spirit of bravery & selfless service to others. We had 6 year old Hargun Singh from Barnala who donated his entire piggy bank for Punjab flood relief. Shvan Singh, a 10 year old from Ferozpur, a brave young boy honoured with the Bal Puraskar for fearlessly serving cold drinks & refreshments in the blistering heat to the Indian Army during Operation Sindhoor. Surender Singh Chauhan ( Bittu Tabahi & friends ) from MP for cleaning rivers with their bare hands & for promoting environmental cleanliness. Jasmit Singh Arora & wife from Kolkata provide mango seeds to farmers to encourage tree planting and support agriculture. Sahaj Duggal from Yamunanagar feeds people on the streets & ensures no one goes hungry and inspires others with small acts of kindness & compassion. Sarabjeet Singh Bobby & wife from Shimla provide free langars for people in hospitals, help cremate unclaimed bodies & have raised over 1 crore for flood relief in Himachal. These people are real life hero’s and it was my pleasure & honour to host them at our home stadium ❤️🦁❤️ I invited them to say thank you 🙏 to them for their service to society. I wanted to honour them & invite them to sit in my box with me, and enjoy a Punjab Kings game live. I’m so grateful to the Sher squad 🦁 for making the match memorable & exciting for all of us. #Ting #PBKSvsLSG #Basjeetnahai Punjab Kings

This was my third time at the Kumbh Mela & it was magical, heartwarming & a bit sad. Magical because no matter how hard I try, I cannot explain how I felt. Heartwarming because I went with my mom & it meant the world to her. Sad, because I wanted to be liberated from the various cycles of life & death only to realise the duality of life & attachment. Am I ready to let go of my family, my children & the people I love ? No ! I’m not ! It’s deeply moving & humbling when it dawns on you, that the strings of attachment are strong & mighty & no matter what your attachment is,eventually your spiritual journey & the journey ahead is solo ! I came back with the notion that - we are not human beings having a spiritual experience but spiritual beings having a human experience 🙏🕉️🔱🙏 Beyond this I don’t know, but I’m confident, my curiosity will definitely pave the way towards all the answers I seek… till then … हर हर महादेव ❤️ ting

Last home game in Punjab didn’t turn out as we wanted at our home ground but Koi na …. Lot more games ahead of us. Thanks to the incredible performance by our Sher Squad, we are sitting on top of the points table, half way into the tournament, which makes me very happy 🧿 Our fans have showed us so much love n support in & outside the stadium, & have been beyond incredible 🙏 I wanted to take this opportunity to thank every single one of you that came out to support PBKS in the stadium, on social media & everywhere else 🙏❤️🙏 Our only goal is to make IPL 2026 memorable for all of you…. that’s why - Bas Jeetna Hai ❤️❤️. PS - This red Phulkari Dupatta is 26 year old & was gifted to me by a Punjabi fan who insisted I wear it for the game so here it is. I’m sure this will make her happy, as it made me, wearing a part of her very special memory ❤️ Phulkari is a beautiful but dying art of vibrant folk embroidery by local artisans & I hope to promote & represent them by wearing these dupattas for our cricket games. I hope I can help in reviving this tradition in a small way so we never stop being proud of where we come from & who we are🔥❤️🔥#Ting #PBKSvsRR #Saddapunjab #IPL2026

As I drove towards the auditorium in the South Western Command of the Indian Army, I saw posters of army officers and jawans at regular intervals, that won various bravery awards. Some laid down their lives for our country while others came back with scars from the battlefield. These men were husbands, sons, brothers & fathers. They are part of our armed forces and they gave up their today for our tomorrow ! We will never know them. Most of us will never hear of them, think of them or miss them. We might mention their sacrifice in a conversation & admire their bravery for a moment before we get on with our lives. This sad reality hit hard as I struggled to bring a smile on my face when I reached the event for Army Women’s Welfare Association ( AWWA) At the event I met the women that would miss these men everyday & every moment of their lives. I met their kids and I saw their smiles. There were no complaints & no tears ! Just pride, strength & sacrifice. There was so much bravery in that auditorium it humbled me beyond words. It was truly my honour to share the stage with these Veer Naris & their families🙏 I went with a small contribution to say thank you for your service & for your sacrifice. I wanted them to know they are not forgotten & we are indebted to them forever. I left with a smile on my face & with so much gratitude in my heart. I know our country is in safe hands as long as Hero’s like these guard our borders. I did my part & I sincerely hope each one of you can do yours by finding a way to say thank you to the families of our defence forces 🙏 Jai Hind 🇮🇳❤️ Army Women's Welfare Association Punjab Kings OPSINDOOR | AWWA | VeerNari | Ting!

What an adventure this trip has been. Mom wanted to wrap up our Mahakumbh trip in Varanasi for Shivratri 🕉️🔱❤️ So I told her, of course ma, let’s go. Once we got there we found out that due to heavy crowds, cars were not allowed & roads were blocked after a point, so people could walk & do darshan at the Kashi Vishwanath temple. We decided we will go for it. From sitting in a car to an auto rickshaw to a cycle rickshaw we did it all & more, as we walked forever in crazy crowds. My observations were - The crowd in Varanasi was very decent. Never did I encounter anything negative and, people are essentially good. Even though the trip took us hours we never felt it, thanks to the power of faith & the collective energy of the people around. I have never seen my mom so happy… she was glowing. Looking at her I realised that the greatest seva is not towards god but towards our parents. Sadly we only realise their value, once we become parents. Even though she initiated this entire trip the calling was mine - she was just the excuse. We reached at midnight & saw the midnight Arti. It was for a few seconds as no VIP services were available but it didn’t matter. It wasn’t the destination but the journey that was important ❤️ It was my mom’s shining smile I took back with me as Mahadev’s blessing & it was beyond precious 💕I love you Ma 💕! Thanks for this incredible trip 🙏 हर हर महादेव 🕉️🔱 Ting ❤️

This was us rehearsing for an award show. I remember I had no sleep for 2 days and I felt like a zombie. Shah Rukh Khan helped brighten the day & the rehearsal with his easy charm & timely jokes 🤗 The flip when he is holding me was the same step we did in Jiya Jale. #memories #tereliye #veerzaara #jiyajale #flashbackfriday #Ting

I attempted to go to the Golden Temple many times in the past few years but every time something happened and the plan got cancelled. This time was different. Baba ji summoned me & all roads opened up. It was on the auspicious day of Ram Navami that I had the good fortune of seeking his blessings at the Golden Temple. I was exhausted after so much travel, no sleep & jet lag but the moment I entered the temple everything faded away & a deep sense of gratitude & belonging enveloped me. The collective energy & faith of everyone present was magical. My heart opened up as I knelt down in surrender & the world faded away. My heartfelt gratitude to the temple management 🙏 for keeping the premises sparkling clean & for the delicious Kada Prasad. Dil Se thank you to all those people patiently waiting in line for greeting me with wonderful smiles & good wishes ❤️ Ting

This Holi was everything I wanted it to be. Great weather, excited kids, organic colour, friends, family, yummy food & the best Holi party with gaana bajana ❤️ Being a multi cultural Indian 🇮🇳🇺🇸 American family we make it a point to celebrate each others festivals & culture, so the kids always know their roots on either side. I always joke with Gene & say he lucked out marrying an Indian woman, cuz we have so many reasons to celebrate given our ancient heritage n incredible culture ❤️ Here’s to celebrating the best in us with people that matter the most 💕 Thank you so much Ambika for such an amazing Holi party. We had an absolute blast 😍🔥👏 Ting
