…yet still no investigation into how Val Verde Unified was selling official California high school diplomas to rich families in China and guaranteeing them admission to top US universities. Riverside County DA's Office needs to investigate immediately, we won't let this be swept under the rug.

California tried to force schools to hide students' gender changes from parents, silence teachers who speak up, and override families' rights. Newsom signed the secrecy laws. Bonta sued districts like ours to enforce them. Teachers like Mirabelli and West (and Tapia) said they won’t keep secrets. They FAILED. Supreme Court just blocked them.

Today I witnessed the State questioned in court for forcing districts, teachers, and admin to hide secrets from parents about their own children. Parents have a constitutional right to know and the State’s attorneys couldn’t defend it. They even sued us for a policy that notified parents. PRISM exposed CDE indoctrination, millions wasted, special-interest payouts, now offline after the State lied to a federal judge. Grateful for Thomas More Society and the teachers, they are heroes! Hugging Lori & Elizabeth today was incredible. Thank you, Judge Benitez, a true hero for parents everywhere. The State AG, Newsom, Thurmond, and anyone aligned are on the wrong side of history.

👏 BRAVE & COURAGEOUS 👏 The Riverside Poly High School girls volleyball team took a stand for fairness. They forfeited their match against Jurupa Valley rather than play against a team with a boy on the court. These girls showed more courage than most adults in leadership today. They deserve respect, support, and protection. Girls’ sports should be for GIRLS. Period.

They tried to intimidate us. They tried to silence us. It didn’t work. Yesterday, we attended a track meet & held a press conference. We spoke with girls who were forced to compete against a boy. We heard their stories. We felt their pain. And we stood with them. Three girls lost their opportunity to advance, all because they had to race against a boy. This is not the first time, and sadly, it won’t be the last. On behalf of those girls, I’ve filed formal complaints with Jurupa Valley Unified, Pres. Trump, and the Office of Civil Rights. As expected, a group of radicals tried to corner me for simply speaking the truth. Wrong move. I’m a fighter for truth, for fairness, and for our daughters. I will never back down. Not now. Not ever. Many athletes, coaches & parents came up in shock. Many didn’t even know their daughters were competing against a boy. That’s how deep the deception runs. They’ve used fear to silence people for too long. But it’s not working anymore. Justice will prevail. Common sense will win. And our girls will get the fairness they deserve. To make matters worse, a video was shared showing that same mom gaslighting and threatening girls for wearing a certain shirt. This is the same woman who sent cease & desist letters to Jessica Tapia and me just for speaking the truth. Let me be clear. My heart hurts for the boy. He’s been lied to. But once you hear the truth, you have a choice. I pray one day he chooses what’s right. This was just one day, a glimpse into the larger battle ahead. To every school board member in CA, bring forward the resolution. I’ll even revise it for your district. Many already have. The more we rise, the stronger we become. I’m proud our district passed an action item and sent a letter to Pres. Trump urging him to step in. President Trump, please pull the funding now. We will protect our girls. We will not stop. We will win. To our daughters: We see you. We hear you. You are worth fighting for. And you are not alone. This boy is competing against girls in track and field. He tells himself “it’s mine to lose.” What he means “it’s mine to steal.” He should and does know better, but the adults in his life are especially to blame. We are reporting this to the Office of Civil Rights!

A boy’s mother trying to convince girls to compete against her son in girls’ sports isn’t empowerment, it’s pressure, manipulation, and erasure. It’s disgusting!!! She says her son “started at the bottom” and tells the girls not to give up, but he’s only dominating because he’s competing where he doesn’t belong. If he were in the right division, he wouldn’t be winning. Let that sink in. We will win this for our daughters. Common sense will be common again. Period!!

🚨 Breaking: FEDERAL TITLE IX VICTORY — CIF EXPOSED! WATCH: I confronted CIF President-Elect Paula Rodas last week and now the feds just proved we were right. CIF & the CA Dep of Education were WARNED. Over and over. But instead of listening, they laughed. They smirked. They ignored the girls. They mocked parents and let our daughters be mocked, sidelined, and erased. They handed girls over to an ideology that stole their privacy, safety, and achievements.
