During a recent webinar hosted by Reform, we brought together several leading incubators to share insights on what projects should truly expect when building in Web3. In this short clip, David from SkryLabs explains the difference between an incubator and an advisor, and why that distinction matters more than many founders realize. One of the most important takeaways he shares: Projects should never stop asking questions when working with advisors. The more actively you engage, the more value you extract from the relationship. Whereas the same goes for incubators, they often are more engaged due to the different nature of the relation. Incubators aren’t just there to advise, they’re there to help build, guide, and challenge you throughout the process. A great insight for any team currently building.

For a DAO to achieve complete decentralization, its fundraising mechanism must be aligned with this principles. By employing the Bonding Treasury as our fundraising method. We raise funds so we are able to provide liquidity provision, execute designated market making and run arbitrage algorithms. The Liquidity Provision generates Realized profits that are used to buy back tokens from public exchanges, which will flow back to the Bonding Treasury. The designated market making and arbitrage trading add more tokens to the DAO treasury, thereby creating a self-sustaining ecosystem. As we continuously build towards the launch, our money flow acts as the engine driving a profitable and sustainable ecosystem.
