I get more pushback from youth coaches than I do from Power 5/Pro Coaches. I find that fascinating. We should debate ideas. Some of my ideas aren’t great. But I do get way more immediate pushback from lower level coaches than I get from higher level coaches. What I have found is that it is way more likely for a lower level coach to be stuck in their ways and call something stupid, while more successful coaches are open to discussing ideas. Give me your thoughts.

I'M MOVING! Over the past nine years, Minnesota has become home for me, my family, and Catalyst Training. We’ve worked with thousands of players, partnered with so many great programs, and built relationships that mean a lot more than just basketball. With that said… we’re expanding to Florida. My family and I will be moving to the Cocoa Beach area, and we’re excited for the next chapter and the new opportunities it brings. But let me make this very clear: nothing changes in Minnesota. I will continue to operate in Minnesota just like I always have. I’ll be flying back regularly to run workouts, work with teams, and continue investing in the players and programs that have trusted us for years. Minnesota is still a huge part of what we do, and it will stay that way. When I’m on the road, our staff will keep everything rolling — the same way they do every summer and every busy travel season. They’re incredible at what they do, and I have complete trust in them. This move to Florida doesn’t replace anything we’ve built in Minnesota… it simply adds to it. We’re growing, not shifting. If you’re in Florida and want to connect, reach out. Minnesota - I’m not going anywhere. I’ll be back often. The work continues.
