Trump's economy is being held up by a massive AI bubble. A recent study found that of 300 companies that owned generative AI tools, 95% reported zero return on their investments. We will not entertain a bailout of these companies should this bubble pop.

Trump wants to replace doctors with AI to determine whether Medicare patients get the care they need. A machine will have the ability to override a licensed doctor to deny care in order to increase profits. Make no mistake, this is a direct attack on Medicare.

Giant health insurance companies, like UnitedHealth, are under investigation for corporate fraud through their Medicare Advantage plans. We cannot give these companies one more taxpayer dollar, let alone the $13 billion HHS Secretary Kennedy just approved.

In 2022, for-profit health insurers paid $10B in compensation to agents and brokers for enrolling individuals into Medicare Advantage plans. My legislation would bar financial perks for agents and brokers and ensure they work with patients to choose the best plan for them.
