The Senate KNOWS its bill cannot pass the House as written, so now they are trying to get House leadership to change the rules and are now trying to attach it to reconciliation, which is WILD because there is literally not a world that exists where that happens. 25 members including myself have agreed we will NOT vote on ANYTHING they send us until VOTER ID IS PASSED. Bring us a no-nonsense plan to finish the SAVE America Act, or do not expect the floor to reopen anytime soon.

I am noticing a few large accounts stating falsely that I claimed there was a raid on Tulsi Gabbard’s office by the CIA. This is completely false. There is no clip or statement that exists. Why is there an orchestrated push for this narrative? Not one account can post a clip of me saying that cause it never happened. When Congress is notified of conflicting narratives from different agencies, i.e., the CIA and ODNI, it is our job to follow through to ensure documents are preserved and not destroyed. However, Obama appointed Judge Paul Engelmayer has ordered a SECOND review of those documents and is now requiring certification of those documents by U.S. Attorney Jay Clayton, while simultaneously blocking the appointment of a special counsel. This is causing MAJOR delays. I will be bringing forward a bill to IMPEACH Judge Engelmayer for obstructing the release of the Epstein files and failure to appoint special counsel! Release the files!

It is done. I just filed a discharge petition to force a vote to ban stock trading in Congress. Both Republican Speaker Mike Johnson and Hakeem Jeffries have acknowledged that insider trading in Congress is a serious problem and must be stopped, and have signaled support to stop the corrupt process of insider trading via individual stock trades, but political games have already started to play out behind the scenes so I couldn’t wait any longer. I look forward to working with every faction, every caucus, and every Member, Republican and Democrat, to deliver this win for the American people.
