Our “Stellar Risingstar” peach trees are a few days away from peak ripeness, but that didn’t stop me from eating a few. They are ripening a week or two early this year. Our “Early Redhaven” trees usually ripen before this variety but they only had a couple of peaches this year.

Before I left the house for DC today, my daughter and son-in-law helped me place a 30x40 tarp over one of my Redhaven peach trees. The forecast is calling for 26 degree weather this week. I’ve never tried this method to save a peach in full bloom from freezing. Maybe it’ll work!

The problem isn’t that recent elections were stolen - we won the damn elections. White House, Senate, House, even the Supreme Court leans our way. The fraud is that our party got elected and broke our campaign promises to voters.
