Manchester Airport Terminal 2 today: The Asian man is lying prone with his hands by his side, so I can't see any viable reason for the officer kicking his face and then stamping on his head whilst ALSO discharging his taser. A 2nd man fully compliant is then also punched in the back of the neck when being thrown to the ground. Greater Manchester Police and/or British Transport Police has some serious questions to answer.
