I strongly condemn the arrest of Leader of Opposition Shri Rahul Gandhi at the Barakhamba Police Station in Delhi. A century ago, the call for “Simon Go Back” became a powerful expression of resistance against colonial rule. Today, “SIR Go Back” has become a call to protect our democracy and safeguard the fundamental right of every citizen to vote. We demand the immediate resignation of CEC Gyanesh Kumar. Our fight, under the leadership of Shri Rahul Gandhi, will continue until the democratic rights of our people are protected. No arrest can silence our voice, and no pressure can weaken our resolve to defend democracy.
