whoever understands how to organise and compress all the context and information within your business into one single place where ai agents can read + update stuff will build the best agentic companies i've realised 50% of making your business ai native is doing that & choosing the surface you and your team can adopt without much friction 30% is skills + mcps - they come after you do your operations manually and you'll know exactly what skills to build & mcps to connect to literally build a whole automation pipeline - literally the bread and butter when you hear 'agentic company' 10% is building trust that the best ai models will cook and finesse the job 10% is building efficient self improving loops that looks at the outputs your ai & automations cooked up and seeing what to change to improve the next time you run it + logging the decisions/corrections made onto the context surface (the 50% of the biz) my favourite surfaces i've used are Notion/Obsidian and adding a second brain memory layer to it. i found an ai tool that designs mobile apps the craziest part is it actually WORKS (and fully customisable) product is no longer the moat mobile app designers better learn distribution asap they better start going in the weeds of running an entire UGC campaign, working w/ influencers, sending 100+ DMs a day, creating good viral product integrations on organic content, etc that being said the crazy part is this tool actually works and the result is good this not a sponsored post btw just impressed by Sleek consumer app founders gonna start printing big money fast rn...
