500 players running in the same Three.js world — still holding 60+ FPS. 😄 A few days ago I was happy with stable terrain rendering. Now the world is filled with hundreds of moving players, chunk streaming, instanced models, and smooth transitions between real chunks and placeholder terrain. This is starting to feel like an actual platform-scale game world. More soon 👀 #threejsJourney #webgl #gamedev #threejs #AI #VibeCoding

Since I'm working on a Topdown/Isometric Adventure-like game for The Sandbox Studio's #Gamejam - I also needed to fix some issues where when we would walk behind trees, terrain or models, we coudl still see our main character. So, playing around with some 'fade/dither' effect to do that. Also, made some changes of the visual style of the paths, and shadow system + added some extra models in the mix! 🎨 Love vibing with Three.js + The Sandbox Creators

Okay… it officially has a name now: Ricochet Rascals! 💥 Just added the new title screen, game-mode menu and a live bot battle running in the background. Because apparently even the main menu needs chaos 😅 It’s really starting to feel like a proper game now. The Sandbox #GameJam × Three.js #SAND

Live player presence, but visual. I built a Three.js view where you can see friends and players moving between games in real time. Spot someone playing something fun? Click their avatar and instantly join the same room/world. This makes game discovery feel alive. 🎮
