Bit of a Sunday experiment, I implemented an xBR4 effect. Since the Sea Sniffers art uses lots of straight lines, it's super clean. Why am I implementing this in a pixelart game? I have an idea of using it as part of a certain gameplay aspect, kind of as a visual polish thing. You'll just have to wait and see :p
