Did 45 actually happen or was it an alternate future? It seems people are confused about this. Then, Yhwach overwrites his death with the almighty and or the final moment with Orihime. Resulting in her also being brought back. What do we think? The negative effect on Ichigos face could simply mean the Almighty was being used, same as it's shown in the Ichibei fight. It doesn't mean that reality didn't happen.
