just posted an update to my UE Toolbox, fixing a few bugs and adding some new drawing tools (thx @b_swinny). A great thing about not being tied to the UE release cycle is that I can do this every week, not twice a year!

more magic/AI mesh selection, this one w/ SAM2 which takes an initial box/points instead of a text prompt. SAM2 is much faster, in 'stream' mode I can send it frames like it's processing a video (this capture is 1x, SAM2 running locally on 8GB 3070ti).

wild how good img/video-to-depth models are now, I had no idea ... this is DepthAnythingV2 (~2024) vs Pi3X (~2026). Went from vaguely-correct to ballpark-3D-scan quality in 2 years. And Pi3X generates it's own cameras, no COLMAP.
