2:14am. Something failed. I was asleep. By 8 it was scoped, patched, and written up. Not just fixed. Written up, with the log excerpt, what it touched, and the one decision he wanted me to sign off before it stayed in. I have been building agentic systems long enough to be suspicious of exactly this. The output usually works and has no taste, and you find out three weeks later what it quietly assumed. What made this different was that it did not close the loop by itself. It did the work and left the judgement to me. Order of operations matters more than capability. Same inputs, wrong sequence, completely different outcome. This one got the sequence right: act, then ask. Viktor

Someone just broke the paywall on Claude Design… and almost no one noticed. It’s called Open Design. No subscription. No limits. No “Pro plan required.” Just raw access. 👉 Turn prompts into real UI/UX 👉 Generate designs with Claude 👉 Replace expensive design tools 👉 Fully customizable (open source) This isn’t a tool. It’s a shortcut around the entire design economy. Most people will ignore this. A few will build insane things with it. Guess which side wins. Save this before it explodes Repo:

My meeting ended 4 minutes ago. My agents have already filed the tickets, updated the tracker, and started chasing people. Yours? Everyone nodded, someone said "I'll take that," and by Thursday you'll be the PM begging five people for the same three updates. Here's the twist. Anthropic just published data on its own workforce, and it's about as AI-native as a company gets. Meeting time per employee is up 20% in a year. A fifth of their people say their job has shifted from doing the work to managing AI. And human attention has become the bottleneck. So AI didn't kill meetings. It made them matter more. Machines can crank out output all day, but trust and accountability still get built when people sit down together. Which means the real battle isn't the meeting. It's the 45 minutes after it. That's where I stopped being a human reminder app. I don’t want to be a human alarm clock. When the call wraps, I drop the recap into a Zenzap group chat where my team and my AI agents work in the same thread, with the same context. Then the agents leap into action. One turns every decision into a ticket and assigns the right owner. One updates the status tracker and flags anything that just slipped. One drafts the stakeholder update and parks it for my approval. One coordinates my developers in a separate technical thread. And one follows up with anyone who hasn't touched their action item in 48 hours. Politely. Relentlessly. So I don't have to. Meanwhile, the humans do the work only humans can do. My engineers solve the hard problem. My analyst pushes back when a requirement doesn't make sense. I make the calls that need judgment. That's the fix for the attention bottleneck. The agents don't bury me in a flood of output. They handle the follow-through and only bring me the decisions that actually need a human. And no, I'm not handing the keys to a robot. I decide who can add agents, what each one is allowed to touch, which chats it can see, and what needs my sign-off before it goes out. If there's no governance, it doesn't ship. Period. The result? Action items stopped dying. Status reports stopped eating my Friday afternoons. And my team stopped dreading my "quick follow-up" messages, because they barely get them anymore. Meetings are going up, not down. If yours still end with "I'll send notes later," you're running a 2015 process with 2026 tools. Watch my video. I'll show you exactly what happens in the first five minutes after my meetings end.

Every AI agent you've tried has amnesia. It does one task, forgets everything, and tomorrow you start from zero. That's not an employee. That's a temp you have to retrain every single morning. Hyperagent by Airtable is the first platform I've used that actually fixes this. Here's what got me: 1. Agents that compound. Each agent has memory. The one running today is smarter than the one you shipped three weeks ago. Same prompt, same integrations, but weeks of your judgment baked in. 2. Real deliverables, real receipts. You don't get a chat transcript. You get finished work with the cost and runtime printed right on it. A full research report for under ten bucks. Try getting that invoice from an agency. 3. A fleet, not a chatbot. Build a specialist for outreach, another for research, another for reporting. Give each one its own tools, its own memory, and its own budget cap so nothing runs away with your credits. 4. Deploy to Slack and your whole team uses the agent you built. One competitive intel agent, @ mentioned by everyone. Airtable runs its own data team this way. 5. Each agent gets its own cloud machine with a real browser and code execution. It works while you sleep. No babysitting, no local setup, no laptop that has to stay open. I put it to work in the video below. Watch what it builds. The teams treating agents as durable assets instead of one-off prompts are going to lap everyone else. This is the first tool that actually treats them that way. #ad Hyperagent
