I hate how pill colliders for platformers are industry standard. In my opinion, the player's origin point should never sag below the floor. So, I've devised my own Godot "Cylinder-based Footing" character controller that combines the benefits of both capsules &amp; cylinders.

For years, we've mercilessly ridiculed flat earthers. But today, indisputable evidence has finally come to light. The firmament. The foundation. The four corners. The four pillars and the pyramid. It's all real, and always has been. This changes everything.

Unlike RiazorMC's video edited portals passed off as real gameplay, I invented real portals in Super Mario 64 (Although you can't go in them, they're just for show)

Buttery-smooth suspension bridge physics in my SM64 engine. It utilizes real-world spring physics! A cool byproduct of this is the emergence of standing wave harmonics.

I don't think people fully understood my last post, so I'm making a follow-up. It isn't just a plain cylinder collider; It does a SM64-style floorcast using cylinder contacts reported by the physics engine. Notice how the origin point neatly lines up with the slope?

Mario in the Multiverse has been released. This is the second major SM64 hack I've put out as well as the first collaborative project I've hosted. I want to thank everyone on the MitM team for making this project possible. 😊
