The machine version of a dumbbell row. Feels odd compared to a dumbbell. Kori is doing a 2 version pull-down. Starting with a strict upright form, pulling down to the sides. Halfway through the set, we lean back slightly, and pull BACK not down, all while keeping the elbows high

Heaviest Iโve gone on this machine since Iโve been in my 40โs, and Iโll be 45 next month. Last time I did this I was 39 and 80+ lbs bigger. Definitely not a PR, but still feels good too know I can go somewhat heavy when I dig deep down and put my mind to it. #squats #Motivation

194 lbs! And officially the smallest Iโve been in about 12 years. Down from 281lbs in 2019, to the low 200โs Iโve felt small. It was difficult to accept. Being smaller, not nearly as strong. But Iโve traded that for better mobility, speed and flexibility; and now Iโm loving it.
