Patrick Clancy leaves home at 5.15pm for a 3 minute drive to CVS, and allegedly sends an email to work colleagues at 5.24pm, before entering the store at 5.32pm. He told the prosecution that he didn't know what time he pulled into the parking lot. After an exchange, he once again said he didn't know what time he pulled into the parking lot. Was he sending the email from his iPhone or Surface Pro from his car whilst driving? Oh, he didn't have his surface pro in the car, must've been from his phone....(but we'll never know, because once again, the Massachusetts State Police botched up yet another investigation). If he wasn't driving whilst sending the email, he must've been parked. But what happened with the six minutes between hitting send, and entering the store? Was he on a call? Sending another email? Texting? We will never fucking know because his phone wasn't examined by the police. How convenient.

So, according to this Dr, "she heard the voice when standing at the refrigerator in the process of making the kids dinner, when she received a call from Patrick Clancy (he called at 5:35pm), returned the call, and said that is when she heard the voice". That being said, he gave two different times she heard the voice. Patrick called her at 5.35pm. The kids were having dinner when he left.... chicken nuggets in a bowl. If this doctor said she heard the voice after she returned the call to Patrick, that means she had 34 minutes to: Kill three children one by one, going up and down the stairs everytime, drank a cocktail of drugs, moved the bed, cut herself, locked the door after that, threw herself out of the window and get all wet. I would love to see and hear the zoom interviews that he said you not only have a transcript, but you have a video too. Seeing how his testimony is pretty messy, why were the zoom calls not admitted into evidence kevin reddington?

Is it just a case of "going to New York to see my future wife, when I get back home I'm taking my eldest daughter to San Fran and I don't give a shit about my wife"?? Because that's what I'm getting. 2 nights in New York, then 3-4 nights immediately following, taking Cora to San Fran. Yep, that's the kind of thing you do when your wife is extremely unwell.

Brian Higgins was drinking alcohol at lunchtime on his way back from NY. Brian Higgins dropped his work vehicle back at Canton PD "because it was against their policy"......(to drink and then drive a police issued vehicle), but it's ok to drink and then drive his personal vehicle 🤔 Brian Higgins then went to the Hillside bar and scoffed down another 4-5 alcoholic drinks. From the Hillside, Brian Higgins then went to the Waterfall bar for yet more alcoholic beverages. God knows how many he had there. Brian Higgins then tootled off to 34 Fairview Rd, had one or two beers, because they had no Jameson's. So then Brian Higgins went to the Canton PD to move vehicles (plural) in the carpark. He moved only one vehicle, yet made a phone call at 1.30am. To whom, we'll never know. After that, Brian Higgins tots off home, and admittedly had another couple of mugs of booze. Brian Higgins was intoxicated before he arrived at 34 Fairview. So drunk, that he never saw Karen's car when he got to 34 Fairview, or when he left. In my opinion, Brian Higgins accidentally killed John O'Keefe with his plow, because he was profoundly drunk.

Patrick testified that Lindsay's mental health had been deteriorating gradually for months: In fall 2022, he said Lindsay's mental health began to deteriorate, with increasing stress and anxiety. He described the decline as “pretty gradual.” By November, he said she was doing better than she would in December, but her anxiety and depression were beginning to increase again. In early December, Patrick described her as extremely sleep-deprived and highly anxious. He testified that she had told her doctor she was sometimes rocking back and forth on the sofa with her head underneath a pillow. After starting Seroquel, Patrick said she became physically unwell, lost significant weight, became depressed and was “having a really hard time.” He described this period as the beginning of her “big spiral." She subsequently told him she was suicidal, and, according to his testimony, she disclosed the intrusive thoughts about harming the children on more than one occasion. At which part did he not think that this was a dire situation? I am never going to understand his methodology. Those kids should still be alive. Patrick didn't kill them. But he inadvertently played a role. His hands are still dirty.

If I were a husband who had a wife I loved and the mother of my children, I most certainly would not be finding out who my wife's doctor was within a "couple of months". Was Patrick Clancy so naive as to not ask questions of his wife's doctors and prescribed medication? Patrick Clancy didn't give a shit from the look. By all means, I'm not blaming him. But he's bringing some weird shit to the table......"How are you going to get Zoloft? It's a prescription".....??? 😳

I'm sorry, but this bothers me. Lindsay tells her husband and mother that she was having intrusive thoughts about harming herself and the children. But she was ignored. Seemingly by both her husband and mother. After her mental health began to decline 3-4 months earlier. Why would a business trip, after Lindsay's admission, be so important that his work came before his wife and children? So many questions, so little time.

2:27am. Google does not invent earlier timestamps for searches that never happened. There were no "discredited experts" on the defence team. The 2.27am search had been extensively litigated with this issue in the first trial, so it did not dominate the proceedings to the same extent.
