Let me be honest about Dubai. No income tax. Zero. You keep everything you earn. Safest country on earth - Numbeo 2025. Crime index 16. London is 45. Paris is 50. Sun 365 days a year. The city never sleeps. Infrastructure that makes European capitals look like they’re still in 2005. You can build a company in a free zone with 100% foreign ownership and zero corporate tax on most structures. World-class hospitals. Best malls. Restaurants from every corner of the planet. You want a Michelin-starred dinner at midnight - done. Every major crypto exchange, fund, and Web3 company is setting up here. The ecosystem is real. And the people? 200 nationalities living in the same city. Nobody cares where you’re from. Only what you’re building. People ask me why I came back here after the recent situation. The question should be - why would I leave? There is no better city on earth right now for someone who wants to build, earn, and actually live well. That’s not marketing. That’s just the reality of living here. 🇦🇪

UAE is not the future because of taxes. UAE is the future because the rest of the world stopped functioning. I lived in many countries. I also traveled to many countries. Every single one of those places is run by people who do not believe their own job is possible. The UAE is run by people who think building a city on sand in 35 years is normal Tuesday work. That difference is not a tax thing. That is a worldview thing. That is why UAE wins. 🇦🇪

Dubai didn’t have oil like Saudi Arabia. Didn’t have history like Egypt. Didn’t have size like Turkey. In 1990 it was a fishing village with a port. Today it’s the most visited city on Earth. Here’s what most people get wrong about why: everyone says it’s the money. It’s not the money. Saudi Arabia has more money. Kuwait has more money per capital. Neither built what Dubai built. The real answer is simpler and more uncomfortable for most people to accept. ONE man made a decision. And it happened. Sheikh Mohammed said: we’re building the tallest tower. The biggest airport. The most connected port. The financial hub of the region. And then they just… did it. In democracies, a project like the Dubai Metro takes 15 years of approvals before the first shovel hits the ground. Dubai built 75km of driverless metro in 4 years. That’s pure execution speed. And execution speed is the most underrated competitive advantage in the world. I moved here not for the tax. Either not for the weather. For the energy of a place that still believes big things are possible and then PROVES it every decade. Most cities are managed. Dubai is built. 🇦🇪 ❤️

Everyone who moved to Dubai 10 years ago said they were early. They were right. Everyone moving here now thinks they’re late. They’re wrong. The current airport handles 92 million passengers. The one they’re building handles 260 million. Downtown Dubai was a desert 20 years ago. Downtown Dubai 2.0 is already breaking ground - bigger than the first one. The population was 600K in 1990. It’s 3.5M today. The 2040 plan targets 5.8M. But population is the least interesting part. Every person moving here right now is better than the last wave. More capital. More connections. More ambition. That’s not an opinion - that’s what happens when a city gets momentum. Builders attract builders. Money attracts money. And Dubai figured out something no other city has: Make it easy to come. Make it worth staying. Get out of the way. The people who think they missed it are making the same mistake people made in 2010, in 2015, in 2020. “It’s already too expensive.” “It’s already too crowded.” “There’s nothing left.” There’s always something left in a city that refuses to be finished. I didn’t move here at the beginning. Nobody has yet. 🇦🇪

when it’s the scariest, that’s exactly when you have to move. you’re not risking much. you’re already losing time. don’t pretend the path everyone pushed you into is your path. safety is just another form of slow death. choose your own direction. choose uncertainty. choose to live. be the penguin.

6 months ago a friend told me Dubai wasn’t for him. Last week he DM’d asking which neighborhood to move to. I asked what changed. He said: “I watched Iran fire missiles 40 minutes from your apartment for weeks. And your biggest problem was finding parking near the beach.” That’s when it hit him. Stability isn’t the absence of chaos around you. It’s what happens to a city when chaos shows up next door. Dubai didn’t flinch. 200 nationalities. Zero income tax. Crime index 16 - London is 45. People didn’t leave. They moved here. God bless Dubai 🤝 God bless UAE ❤️ 🇦🇪

I know people who moved to Dubai and within 12 months completely restructured their financial life. Because of who they became here. There’s something about this city that changes your baseline. In London you’re managing. In New York you’re surviving. In Dubai you’re building. I’ve watched people who were pretty comfortable back home - good job, nice apartment, stable life - move here and within a year start businesses, scale investments, take risks they never would have taken before. They didn’t become smarter. The success formula is easier than you think - everyone around them was doing the same thing. That’s the part nobody talks about. Dubai selects for a specific type of person. Nobody ends up here by accident. And when you’re surrounded by people who all made that same decision - your idea of what’s normal shifts completely. What felt like a big risk back home feels obvious here. What felt ambitious back home feels like the minimum here. I’ve never lived anywhere with a higher average level of hunger per square meter. And I’ve never lived anywhere where ambition is just the default setting. UAE - is the best country in the world ❤️🇦🇪

GM 🤝 Media: panic everywhere. Reality in Dubai: Just driving for coffee.

Right now is the best time to be in Dubai. No traffic. Hotels 70% off. Rent down 30%. Empty beaches. Dubai Mall full of locals - zero tourists. Some water parks free for residents. Feels like time slowed down. Like early COVID but without the panic. Dubai is normally one of the fastest cities on earth. Right now someone hit pause. I’m enjoying every second of it. But here’s why it’s empty: The world thinks Dubai is a war zone. 438 ballistic missiles. 2,000+ drones. Headlines did the rest. Trips cancelled. Tourists went elsewhere. What they don’t know - the city never stopped. Not one day. While everyone was watching the news - residents were getting 70% off five-star hotels and empty beach clubs on a Friday. The people who stayed are locking in deals this city hasn’t seen in years. Every crisis creates a window. Most people watch it close from the outside. 🇦🇪

Vietnam vibe hits different 🥰 I’ve been living in Vietnam since 2019 (Dubai in winter since 2023, summers back in Vietnam), and I’ve never seen this many tourists. The country is going through a real tourism boom. People realized Bali is overrated, Thailand got overhyped back in ’22 - now everyone’s discovering new spots. I was saying back in 2020 that Vietnam’s best tourism days were still ahead. Looks like that call aged well. On top of that, Vietnam ranks #1 globally in crypto and blockchain adoption. I was recently at the Vietnam Blockchain Association office, and after that visit we decided to actively support the country’s growth in this direction and work closely with the government on it. Overall, Vietnam has the most chill vibe for me out of all Asian countries. Vietnam just hits home ✌️

Everyone says people move to Dubai for the tax. That’s true. But it’s not the real reason. Here’s what nobody talks about. The people who move here aren’t running from taxes. They’re running from friction. In London you spend 3 hours in traffic to get to a meeting that could have been a call. In Moscow you need 12 signatures to open a business. In New York your accountant has an accountant. Dubai removed the friction. Company in 2 days. Bank account in a week. Visa tied to your business, not your nationality. No one asking where your money came from as long as it’s clean. It’s not about saving 40% on taxes. It’s about getting 40% of your life back. The second thing nobody mentions - the people here. Walk into any serious business meeting in Dubai and you’ll find someone from every continent. Not tourists. Founders. Traders. Fund managers. People who made real decisions to be here. That concentration of people who actually did something - you can’t manufacture that. It just happens when you remove the barriers. Last thing. The city rewards action. Fast. I’ve seen more deals closed over dinner here in 6 months than in years anywhere else. Dubai didn’t sell me on sunshine and skyscrapers. It sold me on speed. 🇦🇪

If you visit Vietnam, be sure to try Сà phê, sữa đá. Vietnam confidently ranks second in the world for coffee production and export. Сà phê sữa đá is the most delicious and authentic coffee I have ever tasted. I have been to many countries, and in many of them the coffee is truly good. But if you want to discover real pleasure and experience the refined taste of freshly brewed coffee, you absolutely have to do it in Vietnam! ☕🇻🇳
