Mrinaltai Gore Flyover's sound barrier has fallen for the second time after being hit by a truck. Thankfully no one was injured. But the question is why has no permanent safety solution been implemented after the first incident? How many more close calls before authorities act? माझी Mumbai, आपली BMC

This will worsen the traffic even more, tomorrow. Tomorrow's the real decider. New records will be created, after looking at such scenes. Video received on IG.

These visuals are from Lonavala. A Pune based cab driver drops a passenger to Lonavala and stops for breakfast on his return with his Ola/Uber app still active. Local village groups allegedly make fake bookings, track his live location, and then brutally assault him inhumanely as the same happened here. Multiple outstation drivers face life threatening similar attacks over the last few years. No professional should ever fear for their safety while doing legitimate work. Yet these mafia groups will continue to assert dominance through intimidation, violence, and fear just to prove they hold power. Authorities, where are the controls?

A big reason for breakdowns in ghats is simple - people don't know how to drive manual cars. Riding the clutch on slopes overheats the engine. Add zero lane discipline & poor hill-driving sense. And the Mumbai - Pune expressway collapses. Licences are easy. Driving skill isn't. Agree or not? 👇
