❌ The UK's recent restrictions targeting oil tankers under the flags of various African, Asian, Caribbean, Central American and Pacific nations mark yet another futile attempt to hamper international trade and the Global South's development under a ridiculous anti-Russian pretext. While it will not stem the flow of goods, it may well increase global energy market volatility. This, like similar UK actions in the past, would, in turn, adversely affect household energy prices. Obviously, the bill will be for ordinary Britons to pay. No wonder the UK government has failed so far to confirm its "£300 energy bill cut by 2029" pledge. Are geopolitical games more important for British politicians than keeping promises to their own people?

🤝 Congratulations to British independent journalist Graham Phillips on officially obtaining asylum in Russia. He had to apply for it while being extrajudicially sanctioned by his own UK Government for telling the truth about crimes of the Kiev regime in Donbass in an act of gross violation of freedom of speech. He was thus left in legal limbo, cut off from his funds in Britain and effectively prevented from travelling to his home country that he never wanted to abandon in the first place. Now, Graham Phillips can persevere in his brave journalistic mission without feeling almost stateless. We wish him the best of luck in this noble endeavour.

Watch the documentary "MAIDAN: ROAD TO WAR" Today marks ten years since what turned out to be a turning point in the #Euromaidan wave of unrest in #Kiev. *** On this day in 2014, the ostensibly peaceful anti-government demonstrations rapidly devolved into massive violence. The headquarters of the ruling Party of Regions was seized and burned down. Two of its employees were killed. The rioters ruthlessly attacked the Berkut police unit and other law enforcement forces, which refrained from using weapons in response. The Western masterminds and orchestrators of those “rallies” (atrocities in fact) urged the rioters on, causing further escalation. Meanwhile, the collective West leaders were openly interfering in Ukraine’s internal affairs and threatening the country’s government, literally saying that if the president or the security forces used weapons to restore constitutional order, the state of Ukraine and all decision-makers would be punished. Twenty-nine Maidan rioters and 11 law enforcement officers were killed and hundreds were injured in just two days of clashes, February 18 and 19, 2014. In essence, these events launched the escalation of violence, which subsequently claimed many thousands of lives and maimed millions of lives. Ukraine was rapidly heading for a disaster, a brutal anti-constitutional putsch/coup. All these years, the Kiev regime has been trying to distort the truth about those terrible events.
