That is the visual they want the world to see as cruelty. A meal on a table has become a human-rights charge. The plate is the evidence. The caption is the lie. They needed a victim. The food service did not match the script. So they wrote the script anyway. The reality is on her own channel. The outrage is on the timeline. One of them is lying.

IUML MLA Fathima Thahiliya from Kerala was asked about an objectionable statement by a Keralam Muslim cleric on women. Her reply: she has no problem. Muslim cleric is a respected person. He has his own view. Freedom of expression is his constitutional right. Then she went one step further: if anybody wants to follow it, they can follow. The same politics that shouts "smash the patriarchy" goes silent when the remark comes from inside its own community. Rights for the muslim cleric. No stand for the women. That is peak hypocrisy.

This is Pakistan TV doing what it does best: turning a terrorism plot into an emotional story. A man wanted a Flydubai flight to crash because he was hurt over Iran and Gaza. Around 180 people were saved. Pakistan's biggest channel did not condemn it. It explained him. Angry at America and Israel, so he wanted revenge, so he did it. That is not reporting. That is a justification. A plane full of passengers is not a battlefield. Grief over Gaza does not become a licence to kill strangers in the air. Pakistan media heard a plot against civilians and wrote a sympathy note. Shameless. The same industry that lectures the world on peace will not say one clean line against a man who wanted a flight to fall.
