🇨🇳China Travel Warning ⚠️: Don’t Assume DiDi Is Scam-Proof A Western traveler says a DiDi ride in China that was supposed to cost about $21 ended up costing nearly $50. Then came a suspicious cleaning fee. When he challenged it, his account was reportedly banned. Foreign visitors should not assume that booking through an app makes every ride safe or honest. Check the estimated fare before getting in. Make sure the driver, car and license plate match the app. Do not cancel the ride and pay the driver privately. Take screenshots of the booking, route and final charge. Photograph the car if the driver demands a cleaning fee. Keep every receipt and dispute suspicious charges immediately. Chinese scammers know foreign travelers may not speak Mandarin, understand the app or know how to challenge a false fee. That makes tourists easy targets. Meanwhile, Wumao accounts keep spreading the fantasy that China has no crime, no scams and no safety problems. According to their propaganda, crime only exists in other countries. Reality is different. Official foreign travel advice warns visitors to China about unmarked taxis, fare disputes, robbery and other risks. China has crime and scammers just like every other country. The difference is that CCP propaganda tries to hide the problem and attacks anyone who talks about it. Do not let polished skyscraper videos and Wumao propaganda lower your guard. Stay alert, record everything and never assume an app will protect you from a dishonest driver. Video Credit: Instagram/s34nvideos

Trump just torpedoed billions in potential U.S.-India defense deals with one reckless, narcissistic remark about using trade as leverage to pressure India. In a single stroke, he confirmed every fear Indian defense planners have: that America is an unreliable partner willing to weaponize even its own alliances. If trade can be used as blackmail, imagine the leverage the U.S. would try to exert by controlling critical defense platforms during a conflict. No sovereign nation wants to be held hostage by a foreign supplier—especially one as erratic as Trump. With this gaffe, he’s single-handedly killed years of bipartisan diplomacy and trust-building. The result? U.S.-India defense cooperation is now in the grave—and the American defense industry can thank Trump for lighting the match.

🧵John C. Major's report on #AI182 Bombing: Sikh extremism in 🇨🇦Canada, failure of CSIS & RCMP. The Canadian government announced a public inquiry into the bombing, under retired Supreme Court of Canada Justice John C. Major in May 2006. Major released his final report in June 2010. The inquiry concludes Talwinder Singh Parmar was the mastermind behind the deadly bombing. In this report, Major criticizes the 🇨🇦government and its "wholly deficient" agencies. He says the failure to prevent the bombing was "inexcusable," CSIS was "ineffective," and notes a "lax security culture" at airports. The RCMP "failed" to protect threatened witnesses, he adds. Major expresses disbelief over why CSIS deleted its wiretap tapes: "Inconceivable, incomprehensible, indefensible incompetence," he writes. He also criticizes successive governments for treating the victims' families like adversaries, as if they had somehow brought this calamity upon themselves. [1/n]

These Khalistanis have zero respect for the law of the land. 🇨🇦 They film themselves consuming opium and alcohol while driving a commercial truck, then upload it to social media. Canada gave asylum to these ungrateful pricks; in return, Canadians get drugs, terrorism, and death on wheels.
