I want to thank all of the teams that reached out to me after Colorado. I truly appreciate every call, message, and invitation. It means more than you know. I’m excited to announce that I’ll be finishing the summer with Fury Platinum Elite, and I’m looking forward to getting back on the field with an amazing group of coaches and players. If there was a fire burning inside me before, it’s now an inferno. My dreams and goals will NOT be denied. This is only the beginning. Yesterday I received some devastating news. Unfortunately, my name wasn’t added to Fury’s roster in time, so I won’t be able to compete in the Alliance National Championship. I’ve trained five hours a day since Colorado preparing for this tournament. I haven’t felt this good on the mound or at the plate in a long time, which makes this especially heartbreaking. Missing the biggest recruiting tournament of the year is tough to accept. But I know God never gives me more than I can handle, and I trust that He is in control, even when I don’t understand the plan. This setback doesn’t define me, and it certainly won’t stop me. I was able to pick up this weekend and compete in the 18U PGF Super 7. Over three games, I pitched 11 innings, recorded 23 strikeouts, and was reminded that all the hard work is paying off. This chapter isn’t the one I wanted, but my story isn’t over. I’ll keep working, keep believing, and keep proving that my best softball is still ahead of me. The dream hasn’t changed, it just took an unexpected detour. Here are some of my strikeouts this weekend.
