As a federal prosecutor, I prosecuted more fraud in my career than James’s entire unit did in a year. When I'm Attorney General, I'll take on Medicaid fraud, add 20 criminal fraud prosecutors to the Medicaid Fraud unit, ramp up civil enforcement with the False Claims Act, and aggressively go after the fraudsters. Let’s stop the scams and protect New Yorkers’ tax dollars.
