🚨#IMPORTANTSTATEMENT🚨 A MAJOR VICTORY FOR THE YOUNG GENERATION ONCE AGAIN. The Government of India and other BJP/NDA ruled states requested the Supreme Court to use its extraordinary powers under Article 142 to quash all existing FIRs against ALL protesters in ALL states. The Court has done so. More than 130+ FIRs have been quashed today. BIG BIG WIN! They also requested the Court to record that no state or UT will file fresh FIRs against any protester and that no one will be targeted or harassed in the future for participating in the protests. The Court recorded the same thereby granting judicial protection. The Court was also requested by them to record that if any FIRs are missing from the list of FIRs they’ve provided, those too, upon identification, will be covered by this judgment and will stand quashed. The Court agreed. MOST IMPORTANTLY—Perhaps never in 80 years has the Supreme Court passed a ‘John Doe’ like quashing order protecting persons. With the three above, the Commitment Number 2 stands FULFILLED. They also requested that the compensation for the families will be provided, but that some time be granted. The Cockroach Janta Party agreed to a timeline of 3 months. The Court recorded the same, making it binding on the government of India to credit their accounts within 3 months. With this, Commitment Number 3 stands fulfilled to a great extent. We will continue to monitor the progress on this periodically. Accordingly, given that all the commitments have been honoured by governments requesting the Court for help, on behalf of the CJP, I made a statement before the three-judge bench that we are calling off the September 5 protest march in Delhi. The union government had requested us to make this statement. We accepted, in good faith. We would like to thank our honorary Queen Cockroach Vrinda Grover who stood by us from Day 1 and acted as our legal counsel to make this entire thing possible. Hats off to you ma’am! 🫶🏻 All in all, a historic victory for Gen Z and Young Gen! The CJP continues to stand with every protester as we have from Day 1. The national awakening is here. Days for the corrupt, the incompetent are over. A better, brighter future for students and young generation is only a matter of time now! 🚨#IMPORTANT The government has filed quashing of all FIRs wrt Delhi and have ensured no targeting or harassment in future as well. We are monitoring the situation. Hope the other BJP/NDA states will file the same application by tonight. Positive development is expected on the compensation for families of the dead NEET victims too. I, Ratna Singh, and other members of the CJP will be in the Supreme Court tomorrow when the matter will be taken up in an urgent hearing. We continue to stand by all young persons and every student. We will never let them be alone when it comes to facing the brunt of the state. Our efforts have led to issuing of notifications by all NDA/BJP states, where we have worked on the exact language to be used. The government delegation also flew down to Pondicherry to meet me in the last three days to talk and give progress reports. We will ensure there is no vishwasghaat with the youth and the families of the dead NEET victims. Cockroach Janta Party - CJP

🚨#URGENTSTATEMENT The Government of India is trying to betray the youth of this nation. During today’s hearing, the Supreme Court made its intention very clear: it sought a list of FIRs registered against students and protesters across the country from the Union Government so that it can quash all of them at one go, in exercise of its powers under Article 142. The Court sought this information not once, not twice, but thrice. Yet, the Union Government’s lawyer did not commit to furnishing such a list and instead actively resisted it. But why? On July 25, CJP called off its nationwide agitation in good faith after the Government of India gave solemn commitments concerning the withdrawal of FIRs, protection of protesters from punitive action, and compensation to the affected families at a national press conference with the CJP. Today, the Supreme Court itself offered a clear path towards giving effect to one of those commitments. Providing a consolidated list of FIRs would, in fact, make it easier for the Union Government and BJP/NDA-ruled states to fulfil the assurance they gave to the country on July 25. But the Government of India is resisting. The Court even offered the Union Government an alternative: if there are cases involving hardened criminals with a history of heinous offences who are alleged to have committed acts of violence during the protests, the Government could identify those FIRs separately so that such cases may be dealt with on their own merits. The young people of this country are entitled to ask whether the Government of India ever intended to honour its word, or whether the assurances given by two Union Ministers before the nation on July 25 were merely meant to bring an end to a peaceful nationwide movement. We will not permit the Government to play games with the trust of India’s students, Gen-Z and young citizens. CJP has exercised patience. We have negotiated in good faith. We called off our agitation in good faith. And we have given the Government sufficient opportunity to honour its commitments in good faith. That patience is now running out. And therefore we now warn the government. If the Government does not immediately demonstrate concrete steps towards honouring the July 25 commitments, the Cockroach Janta Party will convene its National Working Committee within the next two days to decide the next course of nationwide action. We hope the Government understands the seriousness of this moment. Do not mistake restraint for surrender. Do not mistake good faith for weakness. And do not play with the trust of an entire generation. What CJP does next will depend entirely upon what the Government of India chooses to do now. #Important: 1 AM update. Hours after our press conference, Government’s representatives met us. The meeting lasted for 2-3 hours. They shared copies of the Bihar and Assam notifications guaranteeing FIR withdrawals, no action in future, and release of all detainees and arrestees. They’ve reiterated their promise of releasing guarantee-notifications by union government and other BJP/NDA states by tomorrow. Hopefully, the agreed upon language shall be used. No protester will be left alone. We are all in this together! ✊🏻 Ratna Singh Cockroach Janta Party - CJP

🚨 #MAJORANNOUNCEMENT Yet another major victory for the youth! Now that the Supreme Court has removed confusions, we expect the Government of India and all BJP/NDA-ruled states to immediately honour the assurances given on 25 July to the young of this country. From Day 1, the Cockroach Janta Party has stood by every student and every protester, providing legal assistance, medical support, and every other form of help within our means. That commitment remains unchanged. We thank all lawyers across the country who continue to help the protesters. We also continue to closely monitor developments across states and remain in constant dialogue with senior representatives of the Union Government. We expect the assurances to be implemented in both letter and spirit. The youth of this country honoured their word. It is now time for the Government to honour its own immediately. #CJPStatement🚨 The Bar Council of India’s decision to halt the enrolment of NALSAR’s 2026 graduating students as advocates, reportedly because they opposed Chief Justice of India Surya Kant being invited as Chief Guest, is grossly disproportionate, deeply troubling, and prima facie indefensible. Students cannot be collectively penalised for expressing dissent over a ceremonial invitation. The Cockroach Janta Party condemns this order. If Chairman Manan Kumar Mishra does not withdraw this order immediately, then all law students, advocates, senior lawyers, and well-meaning young cockroaches will protest outside Bar Council’s office and Mishra’s official residence, and their respective states. Manan Kumar Mishra’s accountability will be fixed. Cockroach Janta Party - CJP

🚨This is hilarious! This BJP spokesperson tried to mock Gen-Z protesters as people “ordering from Swiggy, Zomato” rubbish and when called out, called himself a Gen-Z. When I enquired about his age, he didn’t turn out a Gen-Z. This is the problem with those in power. They don’t understand the young generation’s language. They don’t even care to know something as basic as WHO is a Gen-Z, their age group, their anxieties about the future. When called out they accuse you of “clout chasing” and what not. They claim to be listening, but are they? Really? Watch for yourself! Cockroach Janta Party - CJP

Dear Rekha Gupta ji, You visited Sanjay Colony in Chhatarpur in February. Today, 6 months later, a great river of garbage welcomes school children exactly at the spot where you stood and gave this bhashan. The school that you promised you will fix, will construct a new one, is lying in shambles. The local villagers only demand a proper school for their Nursery to 12th std children. During this social audit for our School Thik Karo campaign, I found both the MCD school and Delhi Govt school with tin roofs, no flooring, garbage everywhere, terrible mid-day meal, no access to computers or libraries, toilets either not built or in pathetic conditions. One can only imagine what kind of difficulty these small children would face during rainy season. It’s filthy everywhere. But more than this, I found these schools where you wouldn’t send your own children. Where Ashish Sood and Pravesh Wahi wouldn’t send their children. Our government schools ought to be places where every Minister will feel safe sending their own kin. The people of Sanjay Colony demand only one thing—give them what YOU promised. We will return if you don’t get our schools fixed. 15 September is the deadline Sanjay Colony citizens have agreed to. We are watching and will not stop until you give us what you yourself promised. Education cannot wait for this long. #SchoolThikKaro Cockroach Janta Party - CJP

🚨#SocialAuditReport Went to social audit two MCD schools and one Govt school in Delhi. In the video here, you see a big garbage spot outside a school—that’s a Delhi govt school. I would urge the Delhi Education Minister Ashish Sood to fix that school’s infrastructure immediately and clean up that area. The school with the Mid-Day meal—that’s a MCD school. I urge the MCD Mayor Pravesh Wahi to fix that school too. Both these schools are at Bhati Mines, Chhatarpur village. Several issues like tin roof, no functional or clean toilets, terrible mid day meal, non-functioning classrooms or computers were found. The third MCD school is at Kotlamubarak. That school too has a tin roof because of which nursery to 5th class students fall sick in summers. Ashish Sood ji and Parvesh Wahi ji. Please focus on the schools. If not, we, along with the villagers will return by 15 September.🇮🇳🪳 Cockroach Janta Party - CJP

#Imp: This goon also attacked minor Nishu’s father, Sanjay ji, inside Jantar Mantar and broke his skull. We kept demanding that the Police invoke SC/ST Act, and stricter IPC provisions. Our fear was that he’ll be emboldened to repeat this. DCP New Delhi why are you protecting him? We demand that this person be taken into preventive custody immediately and stricter sections be added to Sanjay’s case. Cockroach Janta Party - CJP

🚨#ProtestUpdate: A number of advocates staged a protest outside Bar Council of India seeking Manan Kumar Mishra’s resignation today. This, after the prestigious Bombay Bar Association too called for Mishra’s resignation yesterday through a resolution. The protesters submitted a memorandum asking for the resignation and warning that a larger protest will be mobilised nationwide if Mishra doesn’t resign immediately. The CJP stands in solidarity with the legal cockroaches and will support any peaceful protest for democratic demands and reforms. Cockroach Janta Party - CJP

🚨#ListenIn: Government is trying its best to STOP people from coming to Jantar Mantar. Listen to the lady cockroach here who exposed how bus services from Badarpur to Jantar Mantar area were stopped as a result of which most people, belonging to poorer backgrounds, could not come. Farmers, Khaps, and student leaders from Haryana and Meerut were placed under house arrest too. A COMPLETE media blackout, harassment and increasing non-cooperation by the police, blockage of transport services, death threats, violence, useless commentary by wannabe-liberal commentators, and yet, HUGE crowds gather everyday at Jantar Mantar to demand Dharmendra Pradhan’s accountability. We shall overcome! #PradhanGoBack Cockroach is Back
