Currently at the Helicopter Air crash at chepkiep , Nandi North forest, Mosop constituency, Nandi county where have lost six kenyans. The bodies are currently being to Moi Teaching and Referral mortuary. My deepest condelences to family, friends and kenyans for this tragic losses of lives. OFFICIAL STATEMENT ON PEACEFUL DEMONSTRATION FOR REMOVAL OF GOV. SANG SHALL GO ON AS SCHEDULED ON TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY 12TH & 13th .11.2024. I have noted with alot disdain and Great reservations the move by the Nandi County police purporting to ban tomorrow's PEACEFUL demonstration in support of removal by impeachment of inept sang & his Moribund CECMs . This undermines the constitutional provision of article 37 that provides for this right to PEACEFUL demonstrate . The law provides that the police shall only be notified to provide security ONLY they DON'T have any iota to give any conditions. This move is illegal, unconstitutional and immoral to say the least coming at the wake constitution 2010 gains. This move by the Nandi County police commander and County security team comes after allegations of being compromised by governor sang through BRIBE of 20M kenya shillings to purport to ban the demos. We shall be there tomorrow in thousands to rally behind in removal of inept Sang and his moribund CECMs at the Nandi County Assembly grounds, kapsabet Town, Nandi County. To the Nandi County SECURITY team provide adequate security for peaceful demonstrations any lapses of security there shall be legal consequences. I shall be engaging Ispector General of police Mr. Kanja that we are given adequate security to exercise our constitutional righs. #mtetezi Blessed evening ENDS

I condemn the ongoing illegal evictions , burning and demolition of houses and arbitrary arrests by the security agencies in kimwani area, Tinderet constituency, Nandi county. This comes after a few months ago that my people were killed and maimed in the same area. There is no need of bipartisan talks to sanitise Political conmanship in guise of handshake /handcheque or nusu mkate government. Furthermore there is no crisis in Kenya to engage the country in sterile talks. Kenyans made their decision on 9th August 2022 that their President is H.E Dr.William Samoei Ruto & Kenya kwanza government. Period!

For the record CS murkomeno never taught me in any class of law he was just making political statements to save his skin from accountability and his poor performance in the ministry of interior. He should answer Kenyans who kill Albert ojwang , Fr. Allois cheruiyot Bett, Fr. Maina , angata Baragoi killings, criminal gangs in nakuru & Mombasa ? He must RESIGN!.
