Here is the full short film adaption of moonlightbro's story. Did more work on the audio and redid some shots. I hope you enjoy it. Thanks for the kind comments and follows, 3 months ago I had 60 followers and was lucky to get one like on here. A few days ago I had 200 subs on YouTube and could barely crack 100 views. I always just made what I wanted and would have even if this didn't get the amount of attention it did. I appreciated every nice comment back when I would get one or two, and I appreciate all of them now. Thank you. I've always planned on putting out everything for free because I don't care about monetization, my normal content was never going to get monetized (violence) and this is just something I do for fun. Making monetization a goal I think would have made it not fun. Pt. 3 Sorry about the weird pacing around Harry, the moderation is killing me, it took me 4 hours just to get the back of his head 😭, I haven't had a chance to check my emails since my channel blew up, I think I saw some creative partnership offers, I'll have to take a look and hopefully some of them are more lax with the moderation, either way I need to change up my workflow. We're going to work our way up to the Yule Ball, if you don't mind. captions English, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Spanish (Spain), Spanish (Latin America), Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), Portuguese (Brazil), Polish. I'll continue trying to preserve the likeness of major characters that have been shown so far, it does make production more complicated but I know it can be immersion breaking without it. Framing them to be less visible, like I have been, is both a necessity in order to not get moderated and also mostly in line with my preferences. It's possible to use other options to not have these issues, but this is the balance between quality and not having to go out of pocket on my end. I'm probably not setting the right expectation when I say that I don't plan on doing daily uploads, but I can't promise daily uploads I appreciate all the offers for financial support, I've stated before why it's not necessary, but I think I realized another reason is that I would hate for someone to pay and me to take a direction they hate. I haven't listed a writer for this part because while the first part was based on a comic by I just felt like jumping to the next part, it didn't make sense without more stuff happening first. I think that Harry wouldn't apologize to her unless he knew he hurt her and with how things played out in the first part, he doesn't necessarily know that. I felt like for it to make sense he would have to know he did. I also see Malfoid as someone who's pride gets in the way of her admitting what she wants as the primary conflict. That doesn't really align with a lot of the popular fan fictions and comics I've seen people referencing so some people might be disappointed with the direction I take things. For those that don't like the direction I'm going, that's fine, and from what I can tell, it seems like most of the other Malfoid content on here and youtube will scratch your itch. I've been struggling a lot with writing for my own original stuff, and I wanted to use Malfoid to improve my own writing stuff, so everything in this part has been my own writing. It seems that a lot of people do like it, but I've seen some people not really like it. I guess it would feel bad if some of those people had donated and ended up hating it, and also I think I want to feel free to do what I want creatively, which has always been important to me. I've been posting videos on here for quite some time to very little views and it hasn't bothered me; I only make things that I want to make and I want to continue that. Thanks for reading. I originally made the original just as a vertical short because I saw someone else's edit of my Malfoid videos on Youtube shorts and I wanted to make my own, but I liked it so much I remade in widescreen, my preferred format. I also saw comments how her hair should be different at the ball and thought that was a good idea. I usually do these music type kind of videos just to test out ideas anyways. Part 2 of moonlightbro's Malfoid fanfic, I forgot the "stupid ghost" line in Part 1, so fixed it here. If you like this, please show support to moonlightbro, it would not be possible otherwise. I cannot write to save my life, takes me days to string together 4 lines of dialogue that doesn't make me hate myself 😂 This type of stuff isn't my normal content, but I'm committed to fully adapting this, even if the trend dies in 5 minutes. Just love everything about this trend, especially how wholesome it feels. Should be able to finish it in the next part, but might be a bit due to certain challenges and busy with stuff. Here is the anime adaptation of my adaptation of moonlightbro's Malfoid story. As always, if you like it, be sure to check him out. I started getting Korean comments on YouTube, so I started doing Korean subtitles as well. I don't speak Korean, but apparently there are two translations and most people are used to the first one so that's what it's based off of. I've included the Korean subtitles here since the English and Japanese are on screen. I don't speak Japanese either, so if any native speakers see any problems, letting me know what they are allows me to make them more correct in the future. CHAPTER TWENTY-FOUR The Bathroom on the Sixth Floor Harry had stopped checking the Marauder's Map an hour ago, which, as Hermione would point out later, was exactly the sort of thing he should never have done. The sixth-floor bathroom was deserted and freezing. A dripping tap had flooded the stone floor, and Harry's footsteps splashed softly as he walked past the row of stalls, his wand held loosely at his side, his mind on the Inferi essay he hadn't started, and on the Half-Blood Prince's scribbled note in the margin of his Potions book: For Enemies. He did not hear her. One moment the corner ahead was empty, and the next Draconia Malfoy had swung out from behind it, her wand pointing straight at his face. She looked awful. Her face was pinched and grey, and her white-blonde hair, which she usually wore pinned up as neatly as her mother's, was coming loose in untidy strands. But her eyes were narrowed and hard, her wand hand was perfectly steady, and there was no mistaking the look on her face. She had come to kill him. There was no time to raise his own wand, and Harry knew it. Then her eyes met his, and the look was gone. It did not fade; it simply vanished, as though someone had wiped it away. In its place was an expression Harry knew he had seen before. He had seen it across the Great Hall and over the cauldrons in Potions, and he had always taken it for dislike. Neither of them moved. It could not have lasted more than a second or two, but it seemed to Harry to go on and on. Her wand hand began to tremble. Her eyes were suddenly full of tears. She couldn't do it. Harry's wand was up before he had decided anything at all. He slashed it through the air, and the word was out of his mouth before he even knew he was saying it. "Sectumsempra!" There was a noise like the crack of a whip. Draconia was lifted off her feet and thrown backwards around the corner, and Harry heard her hit the floor with a splash. For a second he stood rooted to the spot, his heart hammering. Then he ran after her. She was lying on her back in the water, her wand several feet away, out of reach. Her white shirt was turning red. Dark stains were spreading across her chest and ribs, soaking through the cotton and clouding the water around her, and yet there was no cut anywhere that Harry could see. She looked up at him. Tears were running down the sides of her face into her hair, but she did not look angry, or even frightened. She only looked at him exactly as she had a moment ago, when she had had him at her mercy and let him go. And Harry understood, with a horrible lurch of his stomach, that he had been wrong about that look for a very long time. His fingers went slack.
