🇹🇷🇦🇺 Türkiye vs Australia Analysis World Cup 2026 Australia played with a back five, but defensively it basically turned into a back nine. 🇺🇸❌ THE FIFA GAVE THIS COUNTRY A WORLD CUP?! 🇹🇷 An American publicly insulted, humiliated and subjected a Turkish football fan to racist abuse in broad daylight - simply because he was walking down the street. Sadly, this is not an isolated incident. ☪️ So far, this World Cup has been an impossible experience for countries with predominantly Muslim populations. There has been no hospitality, no sense of welcome - neither for fans, nor for players. The USA and FIFA seem to be working hand in hand, while fans from other countries are met with questioning, searches and extra scrutiny wherever they go. The VAR has also been disastrous and, so far, has failed to do its job.
