Just days after the government issued strict instructions that liquor must be served only to people above 21 years of age, a shocking incident has emerged from a Chennai bar owned by a TVK functionary. A fight reportedly broke out between two groups after a late-night party. In a fit of rage, one person allegedly rammed his car into the other group, killing a young girl and seriously injuring another. Reports suggest both the victims were below the legal drinking age. இதுவரை திருச்செந்துரை ஈஸ்வரன் கோவிலே வக்ஃபு வாரியத்துக்கு சொந்தமானது என கூறி வந்த தமிழ்நாடு வக்ஃபு வாரிய தலைவர், நேற்று நாடாளுமன்றத்தில் வக்ஃபு சட்டம் 2024 அறிமுகபடுத்தபட்ட பிறகு, அந்த கோவில் வக்ஃபு சொத்து அல்ல அந்தர் பல்டி அடித்துள்ளார். இதுக்குதான் புதிய சட்டம் வேணும்கிறது.
