Here’s my take on the Morgan Reilly vicious crosscheck to Ridly Greig: Was it a little cheeky? Yes. Does that justify what Reilly did? ABSOLUTELY NOT. “There’s no rules saying how you can and cannot score an empty net goal. End of story. If you don’t like how we scored the empty net goal, don’t put yourself in a position where you have to empty the net to begin with...it’s also sickening that Sportsnet and essentially all their analysis supported what Reilly did too.” FULL VIDEO:
