We performed our first Trans-carotid TAVI at Aster RV Hospital in 74y, post CABG patient with highly calcified & narrowed lower limb vessels, a patent LIMA-LAD graft & on CKD. It seems this is a FIRST in Karnataka state & only a handful have been done in the country.
