Can you imagine this RCA was completely occluded? We... recently treated a young patient with a chronic total occlusion (CTO) of the RCA. Given the poor antegrade options and well-developed collaterals, we opted for a retrograde approach. After successful crossing, lesion preparation was followed by a "leave-nothing-behind" strategy using four drug-coated balloons (DCBs)—no stents implanted. The image you can see below is a follow up performed 3 months after the CTO PCI. Why this approach? Preserves native vessel function and vasomotion Avoids permanent implants and associated long-term risks Reduces need for prolonged DAPT Makes future interventions easier, especially valuable in younger patients. 👇 Overview of Double firing on ECG — also... known as Dual AV Nodal Non-Reentrant Tachycardia (DAVNNT) 👇 👉 Mechanism: Simultaneous antegrade conduction over fast and slow AV nodal pathways, producing the classic pattern of one P wave followed by two QRS complexes. ➡️ Frequently misinterpreted as PVCs, PACs, or even atrial or ventricular tachycardia ➡️ Misdiagnosis may lead to unnecessary antiarrhythmic therapy ➡️ Patients can present with palpitations, dizziness, or presyncope 👉 EPS is key to confirming dual AV nodal physiology and distinguishing it from other arrhythmias (para-Hisian PVCs) 👉 For symptomatic patients, RF catheter ablation targeting the slow pathway is the treatment of choice, with high success and low complication rates, consistent with ACC/AHA/ESC recommendations. 💡 #EPeeps 💡 Awareness of this entity is essential to ensure accurate diagnosis, appropriate management, and avoidance of overtreatment. 🙏🙏 Another excellent video—brilliantly created by Nadica Trajkovska , as always. This was filmed last Monday morning at Veterinary Clinic... in Richmond, Virginia. The officer is Sergeant Paul Greer. He's 44 years old with the Richmond Police Department. The dog is a nine-year-old German Shepherd named Kodak. Paul's K9 partner for eight years. Paul and Kodak were paired when Kodak was fourteen months old. They went through sixteen weeks of handler training together in Chesterfield County. They worked patrol, search operations, and community events together for eight consecutive years. Paul estimates they logged more than eleven thousand hours on duty together. Kodak retired from active service fourteen months ago when his health began declining. He went home with Paul, as K9 partners typically do when they retire. Paul converted the back bedroom into a dog room. Kodak slept on a memory foam bed beside Paul's side of the bed. Over the past several months, Kodak's condition worsened gradually. His mobility declined. His appetite became inconsistent. Paul's veterinarian, Dr. Sarah Malone, had been monitoring Kodak carefully through regular visits and was honest with Paul each time about what she was seeing. Last Sunday evening, Paul sat with Kodak on the back porch for a long time. He called Dr. Malone afterward. The appointment was Monday morning at nine. Paul wore his uniform. He told his wife he wasn't sure why, exactly. It just felt right. Like Kodak had always known him in it. Dr. Malone and her technician gave Paul as much time as he needed. He sat on the clinic floor with Kodak in his arms for a long time before Dr. Malone prepared anything. Paul's wife stood in the corner filming quietly. She knew Paul would want to remember it. Paul was holding Kodak close, talking to him quietly, when Kodak did something that made everyone in the room go still. Kodak lifted both front paws. Slowly. With great effort. And placed them on Paul's shoulders. He held on. Paul pulled Kodak closer and pressed his face into Kodak's neck. Neither of them moved. Dr. Malone paused. Stood completely still. Her technician stepped back. The room was completely quiet. Paul stayed there holding Kodak for a long time after that. Dr. Malone told us: "In twenty-two years of practice, I have never paused during a procedure. I paused Monday morning. That dog raised those paws with everything he had left. That was not a reflex. That was a goodbye. And I wasn't going to rush it." Paul's department honored Kodak with a formal tribute on Tuesday. A post on the department's community page has been shared over forty thousand times. Paul told the department chaplain: "Eight years on the street together. Through everything. And at the very end, when he could barely move, he lifted his paws and held on. He was telling me it was okay. That we were okay. I'll carry that for the rest of my life." *Some partnerships are bigger than the job. Some goodbyes carry more love than any words ever could.”show more

Certifications are like flags; go get them! They showcase... and highlight you among your peers and put you in the spotlight. It’s just a matter of time before people and organizations that matter will come looking for you. But in all your getting, remember to add competency and character. Those 3 Cs : Certification, Competency and Character are the quintessential triad that will take you places in your career. Life is about making Choices and taking Chances so as to see the Changes you desire in your Circumstances. I am grateful to the The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh for the invitation to be a fellow of this illustrious college, the oldest surgical corporation in the world (established in 1505!). Thank you for recognizing my achievements (Certifications, Competence, Character) and using this as a yardstick of acceptance. I was humbled to be the only one in this category at the ceremony as I know that your criteria for this is very stringent. My time in Scotland has made me proud of this institution. The strong Oak of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, though rooted in the past, has strong branches into a technological savvy and innovative future. I am grateful to the Almighty, my loving wife Dr Yemisi Adeyeye , my family, friends, teachers, colleagues, clerics, patients and so many others too numerous to mention. They have helped me make the right choices and seize the right chances(&opportunities), in order to make the changes that have propelled me to lofty heights in my career. I need to specifically mention Dr Ali Babata of University of Ilorin, Nigeria. He was the first FRCSEd I ever knew. He taught me surgery in Nigeria and has continued to follow my career with keen interest, giving me his journals and Surgical resources from the college over the years. Thank you sir for sowing those seeds of sacrifice. They are definitely bearing fruit. To stand in the hallowed halls of the college and receive my certificate after numerous mind boggling exams, just like you did many decades ago, is a dream come true. To someone out there, keep getting the necessary certifications. It’s just a matter of time before you too will be celebrated. Some of you know my story. "This was filmed last Thursday afternoon at Lakeside Veterinary... Care in Richmond, Virginia. The officer is Sergeant Brian Collier. He's 44 years old. Fourteen years with the Richmond Police Department. Eight of those years partnered with a German Shepherd named Duke. Duke came to the department as a trained K9 at age two. Was assigned to Brian on his first day in the unit. They worked together every shift for eight years. Narcotics detection. Building searches. Community events where Duke would sit patiently while elementary school kids asked to pet him. Brian's wife, Sandra, told us: "Duke wasn't just Brian's work partner. He came home with Brian. He knew Brian's schedule, his moods, when Brian had a hard day before Brian said a word. He was part of our family." Duke was diagnosed with a serious progressive illness fourteen months ago. He was retired from active duty immediately. Came home with Brian full time. For fourteen months, Brian adjusted everything around Duke's comfort. Ramps for the bed. Shorter, slower walks. Heating pad on his dog bed in the winter. Last week, Duke stopped eating. Stopped lifting his head when Brian came into the room. The vet, Dr. Rachel Yuen, told Brian on Wednesday that Duke was experiencing significant discomfort and that his body was no longer responding. Brian made the appointment for Thursday. He arrived in his uniform. He later told Sandra he wasn't sure why he wore it. It just felt right. He sat in the clinic chair. Duke was brought to him wrapped in a blanket. Brian gathered Duke into his arms the way you hold something you know you're about to lose. Dr. Yuen stepped back to give them time. Brian bent his head close to Duke's ear. The room was completely silent. Then Duke moved. Slowly. With what must have taken everything he had left. He raised both front paws. And wrapped them around Brian's shoulders. Brian's whole body went still. The veterinary technician in the corner of the room, a woman named Priya, told us: "I've been in this field for eleven years. I've witnessed hundreds of these moments. What Duke did in that moment was unlike anything I have ever seen. He could barely move.show more

Did Fortnite REVEAL a HUGE Retcon⁉️ When rewatching the... official Fortnite Story Recap, something strange appears. The Loop Bubble is shown popping from Fracture and transitioning DIRECTLY into the result of the Big Bang, with this sentence being spoken as it happens: - "The Conflict ended with the Zero Point shattered and strewn across all realities" 💥 This line comes directly after Jones' explains the IO vs Seven War, which took place throughout Chapter 2 & 3, with Fracture finishing off the storyline. This "conflict" did NOT continue into Chapter 4...and not a single line was spoken about the events that took place in that chapter, or Jones' time travel leading to the Big Bang. While Chapter 5 wasn't shown either, the difference is there really isnt anything on a big enough scale that happened that chapter except for Hope's introduction that would need to be shown to us for the overall storyline to make sense...but Jones' being the cause of the Big Bang was a pivotal plot point. This begs a seriously huge question -- Did Fortnite retcon Chapter 4? 💭 I know this is automatically going to be a scary topic for people, but I think this is VERY important to discuss since this is the FIRST EVER official Storyline Recap we've received from Fortnite, and they specifically didn't acknowledge how the Zero Point ACTUALLY shattered - Jones traveling back in time. We all know Chapter 4 was all over the place with unfinished plots, and also didn't arrive to us as intended due to developmental issues at Epic during this time. If we take a second to even entertain the idea that Chapter 4 "didnt happen"...it could actually work nicely. 💡 The Herald and The Last Reality succeed in their plan of destroying the Zero Point -- they shatter it in Fracture. This causes a HUGE Big Bang to occur, reorganizing everything and sending Shards of the Zero Point across all realities. Jones arrives to Hope's Home Reality after Fracture, and the Shard Storyline begins from there. ☄️ This takes out a huge unnecessary gap of time, when really nothing much happened. The Shapeless Man storyline was abandoned (for now), MEGA didn't do anything but lead to Wilds, which reintroduced Slone (we'll get to this in a second), and Last Resort was entirely themed after getting the Time Machine for the Big Bang, with Kado Thorne dying the same season. I ALSO would like to mention that Jones was quite literally absent the ENTIRE Chapter except for the end...our main character of the storyline. As you can see, nothing of importance to the overall plot of the Storyline ever occured this Chapter except for the dead-beginning, except for Dr Slone appearing later on, which could now easily be revisited in MUCH better ways...🌌 If Chapter 4 is retconned, how could the Shapeless man & Doctor Slone be used again? It's simple. For Doctor Slone, we have no idea where she's even been since Big Bang. She appeared briefly, helped the Island escape a full-reality collapse, and then has been MIA since Big Bang. They can return Slone however they'd like, because it really doesn't make much of a difference between us having last seen her in Collision, or in Last Resort. Her interactions with Jones in OG are the only important pieces, which I feel like they could still never reference given the interesting relationship those 2 characters have anyway. Perhaps all of these years without the Imagined Order has unclouded Slone's judgement, so she acts friendlier to Jones when they reunite again, just as they did in the original OG. 🤝 As for the Shapeless Man, he was introduced & teased by Rift Warden Stellan, but never actually arrived in-game, or was referenced...ever again. If (or when) the Shapeless Man does appear again, Epic could really do whatever they want given how little we know about this character in the first place. If it's Geno, it's truly as simple as just reestablishing Geno back into the Storyline in modern day. The Shapeless Man doesn't need to ever be referenced again, because we can assume it would've just been him working in the shadows anyway if thats what they intended. 🏰 I know this is very out of nowhere, but the order of events they described in the OFFICIAL Story Recap felt very intentional, so I wanted to touch on this idea that they perhaps decided Chapter 4 is better off retconned. ALL of the characters introduced this chapter would still exist, including the Triarchy, the Ancients, etc, because they all exist out there in the Omniverse. The "retcon" would purely be that the Island never occured -- Fracture shattered the Zero Point and restarted the Omnniverse, all to The Last Reality's plan. 🛸 Things that would no longer have happened: - Zero Fusion + Paradigm's "Sacrifice" - AMIE leaving in the Rift gate, lines about the Seven being "Sculpted Anew" (lines up with The Order's sudden appearance, and the way she talks about the Seven) - Slone's Return in Wilds - Kado Thorne's death - Jones travelling back in time - Big Bang caused by Jones Things that WOULD still have happened: - Events of early Oathbound + Stellan's hauntings, just in their home reality - Some of the Seven being in possession of TLR, since this happened in Fracture - Triarchy and other characters still exist, just weren't dragged into Asteria - Unseen + Nox invading MEGA City and wiping TLR database, just in their home reality instead - *Possibly* Slone's character arc, just off-screen wherever they want her to have been - Kado Thorne's Time Machine + messing with the past Let me know your thoughts (respectfully, please! I know conversation regarding retcons can get some people angry). Nothing is confirmed, this is just speculation. 🙏 #Fortnite #FortniteSevenshow more

U.S. Patent 6,506,148 is titled "Nervous System Manipulation by... Electromagnetic Fields from Monitors.” It describes a method for influencing a human subject's nervous system through the use of electromagnetic fields emitted by devices like computer monitors and television sets. 📡📺💻 The inventor, Hendricus G. Loos, suggests that pulsing the images on these displays at specific frequencies can trigger physical responses through sensory resonance. ⚠️ These subtle pulses can be integrated directly into video content or layered over an existing signal to interact with a viewer's skin. 📹📱⚡ Remarkably, the technology is designed to function even when the visual fluctuations are subliminal, meaning they are too faint for the user to see or consciously perceive. 👀 Ultimately, the system aims to remotely manipulate human bodies by using everyday hardware as a transmission device for electromagnetic stimulation. And the scariest part? This patent has been public since 2003. So why is this important to understand? Your nervous system runs the show. 🧠⚡ It controls your immune system, hormones, digestion, detox, and sleep. Every healing response starts there. If you’re stuck in stress mode, your body stays in survival and cannot repair. 🚨 Healing isn’t just chemical. It’s electrical. ⚡🧬 You can eat clean and take supplements, but if your nervous system is overloaded, healing slows down. That alone should make us more mindful about nervous system health. Excess screen time, stress, artificial light, and constant stimulation can disrupt sleep, mood, and physiology. 😴📱🌙 Instead of fear: 📵 Limit screens before bed 🌙 Use blue-light filters ☀️ Prioritize sunlight, grounding, and sleep 💧 Support detox pathways 🛡️ Strengthen your biology 🧠 Awareness matters. Discernment matters more. Don’t let screen time hijack your nervous system. Blessings and truth, Dr. Edward Group, DC #NervousSystemHealth #EMFAwareness #DigitalDetox #BioelectricBody #HealthResilience #Grounding #SleepHealth #HolisticLiving #DrEdwardGroupshow more

Open Letter to Union Home Minister Amit Shah Shri... Amit Shah avare, First, let me congratulate you for finally speaking the truth by openly revealing the BJP's real opinion about Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar. Your statement in Parliament (18-12-2024) didn’t surprise us; we already knew your party’s true mindset. But now, the entire country has seen your lack of respect for the architect of the Indian Constitution. Standing in the very Parliament that runs under his Constitution and calling his memory a "habit" shows your arrogance. Congratulations, Mr. Shah, for this shameless act! Do not attempt to mislead the nation by saying, "I have immense respect for Babasaheb, and my words were twisted." We are not gullible. Own up to your words and face the nation. For us, Ambedkar is not a "fashion" but an eternal inspiration. As long as we breathe, as long as the Sun and Moon shine on this Earth, Ambedkar's legacy will endure. The more you try to diminish his memory, the stronger it will rise to guide us forward. While your sycophants might have clapped at your arrogance, remember this: millions across this country, who have gained equality and dignity because of Babasaheb, are condemning you. Had Dr. Ambedkar not been born, I wouldn't have had the privilege of becoming the Chief Minister today—I might have been herding cattle in my village. Our senior leader, Mallikarjun Kharge Ji, wouldn't have risen to lead the AICC; he might have been working in a factory in Kalaburagi. We owe every step of our progress and dignity to Babasaheb and the Constitution he gave us. Not just me—without Ambedkar's contributions, you too wouldn't be the Home Minister today. Instead, you might have been running a scrap business in your hometown. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, your colleague, might still be selling tea at a railway station. Babasaheb’s vision is what elevated us all. Even the Prime Minister might admit this, and so should you. Your hatred for Ambedkar is not new to those who know history. Why did your ideological parent, the RSS, reject the Constitution written by Babasaheb during his lifetime? Historical records document the statements of RSS leaders like Hedgewar, Golwalkar, and Savarkar against the Constitution. You may try to suppress these truths, but they cannot be erased. Your remarks in Parliament are just an extension of that long-standing RSS ideology. Let me respond in your tone. Your party and its ideological family have now developed a fashion to chant "Modi... Modi... Modi." If only you had invoked the name of God as many times as you chant Modi’s name, you might have secured a place in heaven—not just for seven lifetimes, but for a hundred. Perhaps even your sins, committed solely for clinging to power, might have been forgiven. Sincerely, Siddaramaiah Chief Minister, Karnatakashow more

. Today, on the sacred 7th of May 2026,... our film Krishnavataram The Movie arrives before the world with the divine blessings of Lord Jagannath. This is not merely the release of a motion picture; it feels like the unfolding of a prayer woven through cinema, music, silence, devotion, and emotion. Hardik Gajjar Films (The Director) and his entire team have created a deeply sensitive and spiritually moving experience that reveals Lord Krishna not only as the Supreme Divine, but as the eternal embodiment of love itself. The film delicately touches those unseen emotional shades of Krishna where compassion becomes music, silence becomes दर्शन, and love becomes the very breath of existence. It feels as though Krishna, while leaving this world, left fragments of His own heart behind for humanity to discover through devotion. The legendary Prakash Kapadia has written dialogues with extraordinary philosophical depth and emotional intensity. His words do not merely describe Krishna, they unveil Him layer by layer, allowing the audience to experience the tenderness, pain, divinity, playfulness, sacrifice, and cosmic love that exist within His consciousness. There are moments in the film where the dialogues feel less like writing and more like timeless revelations flowing from another realm. Irshad Kamil ji also has penned great songs which create magic on the screen. And then comes the soul of the film — its music. The music composed by Prasad S is not something one simply listens to; it slowly dissolves into the listener’s inner being like sacred incense lingering in the air of an ancient temple long after the lamps have faded. His compositions possess an extraordinary spiritual fragrance, where every note carries longing, surrender, stillness, devotion, and grace. There is a rare emotional purity in his music that touches the deepest corners of the heart without demanding attention — it simply enters silently and stays forever. Prasad’s understanding of emotion through sound is profoundly exceptional. He has not composed mere melodies for this film; he has sculpted states of consciousness. The background score breathes with Krishna’s compassion, smiles with His leelas, and weeps with His separation. Certain musical passages continue to echo within the soul long after the scene has ended, like a distant flute still calling from the banks of Vrindavan. His music possesses that rare divine quality where silence itself begins to sing. What touches me even more deeply is his humility. Prasad said to me that I was one of the driving forces behind the music of Krishnavataram, but the truth is, he himself is one of those divinely chosen souls blessed with rare sensitivity, grace, and sincerity. Despite his immense talent, he remains extraordinarily grounded, soft-spoken, and pure-hearted, someone who never claims success as his own alone, but lovingly shares its light with every co-artist who walks beside him. Perhaps that quiet humility, more than even his brilliance, is what makes him truly special to me. I feel very fortunate to have lent my voice and written lyrical expressions for the background score of this sacred cinematic journey. May Krishnavataram & its music awaken devotion, love, and inner stillness in every heart it touches. Because Krishna was not loved merely for being God, Krishna was loved because He understood the language of the human soul.
