Vandals cut the flowers off 250 peony plants in the arboretum at the University of Michigan “for Palestine.” It’s peak season. Their note tells people to replace their American flags with Palestinian ones.

🧵This Harvard Jewish student, who was assaulted on campus, is suing. He says “Harvard did everything it could to defend, protect, and reward the assailants; to impede the criminal investigation; and to prevent [him] from obtaining administrative relief from the University.”

The police chief confirms that they found a manifesto with a list of many lawmakers and and other officials in the suspect’s car. Rep. Melissa Hortman and Sen. John Hoffman were on the list.

BREAKING: The FBI raided three homes of University of Michigan anti-Israel activists today, briefly detaining and questioning some of them while reportedly seizing electronics. Recall that the homes and offices of several UMich Leaders have been vandalized in recent months. 🧵

NEW: Harvard students Elom Tettey-Tamaklo and Ibrahim Bharmal, who faced charges for assaulting a Jewish student, will not go to trial. They will “complete anger management programming, a Harvard course on negotiation, and 80 hours of community service.”

Momodou Taal’s visa has been revoked. Cornell almost expelled him last fall but let him finish his studies so long as he stayed off campus. Last year he said his group takes their “cue from the armed resistance in Palestine” and vowed to keep disrupting campus, which they did.

The scene at Hillcrest High School in Queens as a Jewish teacher hid in her locked office for hours while students demanded she be fired for attending a pro-Israel rally.

Nine students continue to occupy University Hall at Harvard since yesterday. They say they will stay until their demands, which a student repeats in the video below, are met. (Warning: language)

Jerry Seinfeld says he couldn’t understand why the Harvard grads on his staff were so embarrassed about it: “I’m not talking about Harvard now. I’m talking about the way it used to be. You’re never going to believe this, but Harvard used to be a great place to go to school.”

When Pomona College students (and possibly others) rushed into an administrative building last night, President Gabi Starr told them they had 10 minutes to leave. Then she suspended them and had them arrested. (Warning: language)

Antisemites at UC Berkeley Law are targeting their professors. When Dean Erwin Chemerinsky and Prof. Catherine Fisk invited 3Ls to dinner, students called for a boycott and then came to their home with a mic to protest. Now @sairasameerarao is spreading this video without context.
