🐾 He was only there to KEEP the peace. Her hand was ON her dog. He FIRED anyway. Both dogs DEAD. Haley Smallwood's ex was PICKING up his things. The officer CAME on a civil standby. She WARNED him dogs were inside. More than ONCE. Max, her Rottweiler, CAME out. She REACHED for him. About eight SHOTS rang out inside her HOME. A friend ASKED, "Did the dog bite you?" He SAID no. Kids were CRYING in the next room. Her son CAME home to find his dogs gone. He's charged with a MISDEMEANOR. He still WEARS the badge.

🚨 A family opened their back door to let their dog out... and a cop they didn't know was there KILLED her in five seconds. Then he pointed his gun at her OWNER. Her name was Tesla. A 3-year-old black Lab from Rochester, New York. October 19th, 2018. Police were chasing two suspects through backyards. They already had them in CUFFS. It was OVER. But Officer Javier Algarin hopped the Dempsey family's fence AGAIN. No warrant. No knock. Nobody inside even knew he was there. Three seconds later, Charles Dempsey opened the back door. Tesla ran off her OWN porch into her OWN backyard. "Whoa! Whoa! Whoa! Hey!" BANG. BANG. Five seconds. She was DEAD. Then he turned the gun on Charles. "LEAVE MY PROPERTY!" Charles screamed. "Get back!" the officer yelled. Years later, under oath: Could this have been avoided if you'd just knocked and asked permission? His answer: "Yes." The family fought for seven years. A federal jury found him PERSONALLY liable. $125,000. Rochester's training? "DELIBERATE INDIFFERENCE." At least 6 dogs killed by that department from 2017 to 2019. And that officer? He's STILL on the job. In 5 days it'll be EIGHT YEARS since Tesla died in her own yard. HOW IS HE STILL WEARING A BADGE?!!!!!!

💔 A cop lured dogs out with KISSY noises, then SHOT a 16-week-old puppy. His name was Apollo. A 16-week-old Catahoula. 22 pounds of PURE wiggle. April 2021. Officer Derrick Burmaster shows up on a disturbance call at the family's home. Before he ever sees a dog, his gun is already DRAWN. His partner taps him to go. Holds the gate OPEN for him. He stays. Apollo comes running, tail wagging. Burmaster has a taser right there. He fires his gun three times instead. Apollo DIED in his family's arms. It was Burmaster's SECOND dead dog. His own department's review board called it UNJUSTIFIED. A jury agreed he VIOLATED that family's rights. Then he walked on qualified IMMUNITY. This July, an appeals court upheld it. A baby dog. A partner trying to get him to LEAVE. And NOBODY pays. How is that JUSTICE? ⚠️ Warning: Bodycam shows a puppy being shot.

💔 Its own leash. That's what they TIED this dog's legs with, to two cinder blocks. Then they DUMPED it off a boat ramp in Coconut Grove, Miami. Ryan Young lives on his sailboat there. Tuesday morning he saw "two little arms sticking out of the water." He thought it was a goat. Then he saw the paws. Then the ROPE. Then the BLOCKS. He believes it was a Golden Retriever. He says its arms were up, and he thinks it FOUGHT to breathe until it was too tired, TEARING its back legs trying to SURVIVE. "I think they really made him SUFFER." Zip ties. Two blocks. Its own leash. "A very purposeful looking thing." He messaged about 40 boat neighbors. NOBODY knew the dog. Police questioned a possible owner, then ARRESTED him on UNRELATED charges. For the dog? Still NOBODY charged. That dog TRUSTED someone with that leash. Somebody KNOWS. Crime Stoppers: 305-471-TIPS. Up to a $5,000 reward. You can stay anonymous.

💔 Cops SEARCHED her land with NO warrant. The girl wasn't THERE. They SHOT her baby donkey ANYWAY. Nobody knocked, and nobody called the OWNER. HeeHaw was a year old and bottle-raised, and he trotted up to say HI. The report says he "charged." Watch the tape and TELL me that's a charge. One round DROPPED him, and they walked away without a word. Later a supervisor called and said a donkey had been "DISPATCHED." She and a child searched several acres in the DARK until they found his body. Nobody should EVER have to live that. 🎥 Avoz
