My maternal uncle, Natweeta Aggrey was diagnosed at 39 years with end stage kidney disease For the passed 3 years he has been fighting for his life through dialysis and continuous treatment Unfortunately on 6th Sept, death won🥹 At 42 he died and left behind a family of 4 beautiful girls, the oldest being twins of about 11 years Life is just so unfair You fought a good fight uncle 🙏🏻
