Pregnancy rules I don't follow 👇 1. No restrictions on food. Lots of raw milk, meat + organs, raw seafood. Real, bio available nutrients for mum and baby. So many of the food fear mongering is cultural. 2. Sauna & Hot Baths. You can do it, but for shorter sessions. Both have always been so supportive and relaxing for my pregnancies. 3. Declining most prenatal care. We have had one scan and done normal blood work. Just because there is a schedule of procedures doesn't mean its relevant to everyone. The more you look the more you'll find and not every test is accurate. There is so much noise in pregnancy. Everyone has an opinion and thinks their way is the right way and yet most of the rules are location dependent.

Girl on TT says scheduled C sections are the best because: - can pre schedule nail appointment - get spray tan - get hair done - do make up prior - O pain, O contractions Completely self absorbed reasons. Baby missing out on beneficial bacteria, not going through the hormonal cycle of birth, not allowing baby to come when they’re ready. The convenience of surgery should not be trendy.

We moved from Australia to Costa Rica 12+ months ago to live on The Bitcoin Standard 🌴✨ We live off the currency almost entirely, using Bitcoin to pay for our rent, utilities, car, cleaner, groceries & of course weekly stash of organic meats & raw dairy 🐄🤠 One of the coolest features about the Bitcoin Jungle⚡️ app is the BTC to SINPAY option. SINPAY is Costa Rica's local payment system, so their national bank accounts are attached to a phone/id number and locals can send money to each other this way. The app allows you to send Bitcoin to a SINPAY account & then they receive it in Colones, which is handy for the skeptics… Butttt many of the locals actively choose to receive TC instead, stash up their savings or spend SAT'S in the local circular economy 🙌 I'm a big advocate for 'vote with your dollar’ Choosing the systems that you want to be a part of by being selective with your energy output ⭐️ For us that means choosing BTC over FIAT ✨ Happy halving y'all 🫶 @btc_culture

‘Leaving home at 18’ is one of the most successful psyops of modern life In most cultures historically, children lived with or near family until marriage - often in multigenerational homes where land, resources, and care were shared. The idea that individual self-sufficiency is a virtue is a Western invention. Hyper-individualism frames staying connected as weakness. Moving out at 18 fragments families, piles on financial and emotional strain, and locks young adults into the hamster wheel of debt. There shouldn't be stigma around staying or returning home. This is the modern village! & even if your family dynamics aren't perfect, you still have the chance to rewrite the story - and create stronger foundations for the generations to come 👇
