Sometimes the FPR-Inkotanyi wants to make Rwandans look like unthinking fools, but they end up being the ones exposing their own low intelligence. The version the #RPF gives about #FredRwigema’s death shows the low IQ of those who led Rwanda. How can they broadcast on Rwandan television that the bullet fired by the #FAR hit #Rwigema in the head, just a single bullet, and then the soldiers with him asked, 'What happened to you?' and he replied, 'Adui amenipiga’' (the enemy has shot me), before losing strength and dying? This script would only work in Indian movies from the 1970s. No one gets shot in the head and still finds the time to speak. Inventing a lie like this, combined with Paul Kagame taking all of #Rwigema's credit and attributing it to himself, is undeniable proof that he has something to guilty about. #MillenZMovementRw✊

To Team #PK & the loyalists, let’s talk like adults. If you cheer when Paul Kagame humiliates leaders for "results," answer this: who does the same to him when he fails? He has been the only constant for 30 years. If things aren’t working, he is the common denominator. Public shaming isn't "leadership",it's bullying. No amount of money justifies that level of disrespect; I’d walk away in a heartbeat. True accountability is a two way street. If no one can hold him to the same standard he demands of others, it’s not governance,it’s an ego trip. Stop glorifying toxic behavior. No one surpasses you in bad character and arrogance. Enough with the arrogance,it's sickening. 🤮 Demand real accountability. If he’s the boss, he’s also the one responsible for the failures. #MillenZMovementRw✊

The "High Table" is crumbling and the mask is slipping. 🎭😁 Don't be fooled by the staged Instagram videos of "#CarFreeDay" or hugs for children. Every dictator, from #Stalin to #Ceaușescu and #Mobutu, used the same "Father of the Nation" playbook to mask domestic terror. When a leader is exposed for war crimes abroad and oppression at home, they retreat into Performative Populism. The Reality vs. The Performance🤭: 📍 The Performance: Clapping crowds in Kigali. 📍 The Reality: The Nyumbakumi surveillance system. People don't clap because they love him; they clap to survive. In a state of enforced disappearances, silence is a death sentence. 📍 The Performance: NBA All-Star appearances and PR in LA. 📍 The Reality: Multiple UN Group of Experts reports and the UN Mapping Report prove the RDF's role in fueling the M23 crisis in the DRC. You can’t buy legitimacy with basketball while your neighbors' houses are on fire. 🏀🩸 Paul Kagame is following the path of every "Strongman" before him: building a theatrical state to hide a weak foundation. Dictators only hug children when they’ve lost the respect of the world. The world sees the truth. The "High Table" is empty, and the applause is forced. 🇷🇼 #MillenZMovementRw

If Rwanda is truly governed by its Constitution, then someone should explain why a cabinet minister Dr. Jean Damascene BIZIMANA at Youth Forum felt the need to begin by saying: “Respected First Lady, I thank you for giving me this opportunity in this Youth Forum.” Under Rwandan law, ministers hold constitutional office and exercise authority delegated through state institutions. The First Lady, however, holds no constitutional position, no executive mandate, and no legal authority over government ministers. When ministers speak as if permission flows from unelected family members, it raises an obvious question: who is actually exercising influence in Rwanda❓ This is why we describe Paul Kagame’s system as a family enterprise masquerading as a republic. The Constitution speaks of institutions, accountability, and public office. Reality too often appears to revolve around one family whose influence extends far beyond any role recognized by law. A republic is supposed to be governed by institutions, not by family prestige. When ministers publicly defer to individuals who hold no constitutional office, it becomes harder to distinguish state authority from family power. #MillenZMovementRw✊

Here is why I say President Paul Kagame lacks the capacity to answer or solve the questions we ask him, because, after all he is the one causing them. Not only is #Kagame a thief plundering the Rwandan people, but he also possesses an incredibly low capacity for thinking. 1️⃣Deflecting on the #Inyange Dairy Crisis: When confronted about why the Inyange factory completely ran out of milk, instead of explaining how we ended up in this crisis, he gave a lazy, dismissive answer: "We are aware of the problem." 2️⃣Hypocrisy on Business Standards: When asked about the ridiculously high regulatory standards that crush poor youth trying to start small businesses, he hid behind "quality control" excuses. Mind you🤣, when he was hawking eggs and selling peanuts on the streets of #Kampala, that survival money sustained him, and no one brutalized him the way he routinely brutalizes street vendors today in Rwanda. 3️⃣Cluelessness on Digital Creators: When asked why young content creators are banned from filming videos in public spaces and streets, he started rambling and deflecting by talking about drones, something nobody even asked him about. 4️⃣Lying About Social Media Monetization: On the issue of social media monetization in Rwanda, they lie to us that Google hasn't approved it yet. We know the absolute truth: it was fully active before, and the Rwandan government intentionally got it shut down. 5️⃣Arrogance Over High Internet Costs: When a young person asked him, "You expect us to use the internet to clean up your public image, yet it remains completely unaffordable for us. How are we supposed to use it when we can't afford it?" he replied with pure arrogance: "Whether it is expensive or not, I personally must use it." 6️⃣Total Failure in Health and Education: When challenged on the abysmal state of public healthcare and the completely worthless quality of public education, his excuse was, "We tried, these problems have existed for many years." #Paul you have utterly failed to deliver on your basic responsibilities, why don't you step down and let others lead? Is anyone holding a gun to your head forcing you to stay in the presidency❓ #MillenZMovementRw We fiercely condemn this absolute evasion of responsibility and your desperate attempts to act like you've done your best. In over 30 years, leaders in every single sector have changed, except for you. The reason these problems remain unsolved is simple: You are the problem

Point of correction Sir, #Rwanda is hosting F1 not because we are a rich country, and certainly not because of the "progressive governance" you claim. We are doing it because we have a ruthless government that prioritizes its public image over the actual lives of Rwandan citizens. And stop acting like the FPR-Inkotanyi built Rwanda from scratch. Rwanda has existed for thousands of years. Long before the #FPR ever showed up, Rwanda was entirely food self-sufficient, exported to regional markets, and had a high quality education system. Look at it now ,#Rwandans are actively starving, and students are graduating from high school unable to even write a basic job application letter. And YES President Paul Kagame deserves all his flowers for completely failing us. Then If you honestly think #Rwanda has "zero tolerance" for corruption, it proves you know absolutely nothing about this country. The reality is that we cannot get access to the most basic, fundamental public services without paying a bribe. This #F1 deal is just another massive, reckless financial risk #Kagame takes time and time again because he has zero mercy for ordinary Rwandans. These multi-million dollar sports sponsorships do nothing for the people. Their only purpose is to keep #Kagame in the global spotlight so he can hide his thieving wars in the #Congo, his bloody atrocities, the strangling of our democracy, and the torture, forced disappearances, and silencing of Rwandans. If you cannot use your voice and your platform to speak up for ordinary Rwandans, then shut your mouth. #MillenZMovementRw ✊

Let’s look at what my sister is actually saying. First, I am not arguing about the term ‘Genocide against the #Tutsi.’ It is a fact. Tutsis were hunted and killed just for being Tutsi, and Hutus did the killing. But let’s be honest about the story being told. While Hutu extremists were the killers, the Gacaca court records prove that most Hutus did not kill anyone. The story from the FPR-Inkotanyi is a lie. They try to make every Hutu look like a murderer just to shame the whole group. The official ceremonies are also unfair. They honor the Tutsis, which is right, but Hutus killed by the #Interahamwe or the #RPA get no respect from the country. By ignoring them, the government is treating these innocent victims like the monsters who killed them. Then there is the big lie: The government says there are no ethnic groups in Rwanda(#Ndi umunyarwanda ), but their whole definition of the genocide depends on those groups. It’s a joke. This confusing talk is why foreigners always ask: "Are you from the group that killed or the group that died❓ Make no mistake: Paul Kagame and the FPR-Inkotanyi are doing this on purpose. They want to hide their own part in the violence. From the shooting down of #Habyarimana’s plane ( that’s not justification for killing Tutsi’s tho) the killings in Byumba, Gakurozo, Kibeho, and the Congo, they are trying to bury history. They refuse to remember all victims so they can keep these events hidden from the world. #MillenZMovementRw

This broadcast is yet another urgent, blunt reminder to Paul Kagame’s regime: you can forcefully gag the Rwandan people, but you can never blind them to your tyranny or stop them from thinking. Exile activists and politicians are not the only ones calling out this oppression. Rwandans inside the country see exactly what we see. They know the brutal reality, even if fear of assassination and arbitrary imprisonment keeps them silent. Let it be completely clear, the people know: 👉No journalist can speak the truth about Rwandan politics and live to see tomorrow. That is why they are forced to report on trivial gossip instead of real issues. 👉The regime humiliated itself by crawling back to beg Belgium, utterly contradicting Kagame’s arrogant, chest thumping speech at the BK Arena where he claimed to sever ties. He conveniently forgot that Rwanda's entire national budget still survives on foreign handouts. 👉The government deliberately impoverishes its own citizens, forcing them into survival mode so they are too exhausted to resist the regime's rampant corruption and systemic theft. 👉Merely admitting you are poor or starving is treated as a crime. The entire national economy is monopolized and choked by a tiny elite of predatory parasites. 👉There is zero peace in Rwanda, only absolute terror. People in the entertainment industry are terrified to even mention the banned song "Reka Mbeho," knowing fully well that the regime wiped it out and that defying this ban means death. 👉Rwandan youth are forced to carry the financial burden of supporting their parents because the elderly's life savings were systematically plundered by the Kagame family through the RSSB. As #JayPolly once powerfully declared: “Just because we don't speak, doesn't mean our minds are empty.” #MillenZMovementRw✊

HEY😡STOP THAT PRIVILEGE FLEX AND POOR SHAMING BULLSHIT😤 This is straight up bullshit . What the hell is wrong with you❓ A girl opens up about what she’s actually going through in Rwanda 🇷🇼, and instead of showing even a drop of empathy , you’re out here bullying her❓ Seriously? That’s foul . You’re really talking about “free education” like it means something? ❌ Stop lying to yourself. Yeah, it’s “free,” but the quality is trash . Most kids coming out of public schools can’t even hold a real conversation in English or French. The only ones who make it are the few whose parents have money 💸 for private schools. You got lucky , plus you’re abroad ✈️ where you get to practice English every day, and now you’re running your mouth like you earned it all alone. Miss me with that . Then you have the nerve to tell her to do diaspora-type jobs, cleaning toilets , making beds , washing dishes . Are you dumb or just disconnected❓In a country where families are going to bed hungry , who exactly do you think is paying someone to wash their dishes❓Your whole argument is reckless and out of touch, and honestly, it’s embarrassing 😤. And selling sugar cones on the street❓ Are you serious? Don’t you see security beating up pregnant women just for selling fruit in the name of “cleaning the city”❓But here you are suggesting street vending like it’s safe or realistic. That’s wild. Then you top it off by telling her to “just go abroad” . Like visas grow on trees and travel money falls from the sky. If it was that easy, everyone would’ve left already. Why should people be forced to run to other countries just to survive 💔 when they have their own country❓ Why can’t the government put policies in place that actually support the youth❓ And let’s be real,if Rwanda was really that great for young people, you’d be there building it too , not preaching from overseas . So yeah, if you don’t have anything helpful or compassionate to say to someone who’s clearly struggling , do everyone a favor and shut your dirty mouth 🤐.

An Open Letter to His Excellency President Paul Kagame Your Excellency, After carefully analyzing the speech you delivered at the 17th Congress of the ruling party, FPR-Inkotanyi , I felt compelled to share the following reflections and questions. I write this letter in the spirit of civic responsibility, hoping that you, or those who assist you, will consider and respond to these concerns. 🔹 1️⃣ Leadership Example and Public Conduct You acknowledged that some leaders in Rwanda display bad behavior, and you are fully aware that young people look to national leaders as role models. When you publicly insult people using words such as “#Pumbafu”, what example does this set for the youth? As President, how do you justify publicly insulting those you disagree with and suggesting that they should not believe they could ever become President, as though leadership were something one is born into rather than earned through a fair political process? 🔹 2️⃣ Political Space and the Path to Leadership We all know that political space in the country has been severely restricted. When you state that there is a path for someone to become President, could you clearly explain what that path is? What real and practical political space exists today for a citizen who genuinely aspires to contest for the presidency? 🔹 3️⃣ Youth Movements and Non-Violent Change I appreciate that you listened to the program of #MillenZMovementRw and that you understand why young people are fighting for their rights. However, it is concerning that you suggest such struggles could be pursued through violent means, similar to the armed struggle of 1990. We are now in 2025, in a world shaped by technology, dialogue, and peaceful civic engagement. Why not open the political space and allow others to do what you have failed to do after 31 years of total leadership in Rwanda? 🔹 4️⃣ Accountability at the Highest Level You said that leaders who betray citizens should be beaten. If many people believe that you are the source of the country’s major problems, are you personally ready to be held accountable by the same standard you propose? 🔹 5️⃣ Public Resources and Presidential Travel You complain that ministers travel abroad too often and say you plan to stop it. But who will stop you from your frequent travels, often accompanied by two or three private jets? Government of Rwanda rents these planes for you, yet you are also the owner of the planes being rented. Who can stop this conflict of interest, where public money is spent on renting aircraft owned by the sitting President, including all related expenses? 🔹 6️⃣ Security Institutions and Human Rights Concerns You concluded by praising security institutions across all sectors, especially the #RDF and the #RNP, stating that they are performing even better than you once dreamed. This raises serious questions. -Is this the vision you once had in mind: Rwanda Defence Force an army accused by international reports of committing sexual violence against women during military operations in the Democratic Republic of Congo, linked to resource exploitation? -Is this Rwanda National Police force you envisioned, one shoots handcuffed civilians and later claiming they were attempting to fight security officers? -Is this the role you imagined for Rwanda Investigation Bureau , where critics allege it fabricates criminal charges against individuals who hold opposing political views? Your Excellency Paul Kagame , these questions are raised not out of hostility, but from a desire for transparency, accountability, and a genuinely open political environment for all Rwandans, particularly the younger generation whose future depends on today’s leadership decisions. Respectfully, A concerned Rwandan citizen from #MillenZMovementRw

📢 #MillenZMovement ,An Open Letter to You, Paul Kagame & Presidency | Rwanda .Personally. We were born and raised under your regime. 🇷🇼 You fed us your version of history. You brainwashed us to believe that your truth was the only truth. We admired you. We sang your praises. We hung your portrait on our walls. I even had it in my own apartment. 🖼️ But what did you give us in return? 💀 Death. 😨 Fear. 💣 Destruction. You destroyed our parents’ homes. You silenced our voices. You made fear a way of life. 🔥 I want you to look closely, this is me burning your portrait. That’s how sick and done we are with you. Even the late artist #JayPolly said it, the youth have lived in sadness, speaking in coded words because we’re too afraid to die. 🎤💔 When you were in the #presidential election of 2017, I was still in S4. You came to campaign near our high school, it was the first time I saw you up close. You even shook my hand, and I was so excited then. 🤝✨ I thought you were a hero. Now I realize how wicked you truly are, the way you staged that drama election, waking up old women and children at 2 a.m. to wait for you at the site, just so the world could see fake love for a dictator. 🎭💔 #MillenZMovement has opened its eyes. 👁️ We see clearly now ,you wish us no good. All you care about is your family’s power and wealth. 💰👑 You kill those who speak up, and those who stay silent die anyway. ⚰️ We are no longer afraid. We refuse to kneel. 🙅🏾‍♂️ We are fighting for our right to speak, to think, to live freely, rights guaranteed by the Constitution itself. 📜✊🏾 Recently, you said at Unity Club that no one dares tell you to step down. Well, here we are ,telling you to step down. Now. 🚨 Because Rwanda is not a kingdom your father left you. 🛑👑 This country belongs to the people, and we are awake now. #MillenZMovement 🌍✊🏾 #TruthOverFear 💥 #RwandaDeservesBetter ❤️‍🔥
