People of Namibia STRANGE things are happening in this country. America Ambassador went to hold a Meeting with the Chief Justice and DIRECTS that the Chief Justice (and Judges) pick up a new home to call him when they have a CASE so that the Ambassador can call his Friends he is connected with in America, so they can help on how they can Rule. This is stated Publicly and highly disturbing. Since this was announced publicly, on National Television, I expect the Judiciary to PUBLICLY explain this arrangement in the context of Article 78 (3) of our Constitution that says no person should interfere with Judges in the exercise of their duties. It must also be clarified as in how Many Judges have discussed cases with American Ambassador who connected them to Americans to guide them on how to deliver judgments! Oto Afraida Kaana komuBorni!

People of Namibia 🇳🇦 Although they want a Person, close to 70 whose HIGHEST qualification is ONLY a diploma, to be the Chairperson of the Whole Public Service, the Actual Nomination by the President doesn’t exist in Parliament.
