Today we gathered in the Swedish Parliament alongside members of parliament, survivors, the Kurdish diaspora in Sweden and friends of Kurdistan to honor the memory of those who fell victim to the chemical attacks in Halabja With speeches, music, art and film, we came together in solidarity and in a shared commitment to keep this history from being forgotten. My heartfelt thanks to the Kurdistan Caucus, the musicians and painter, and to everyone who joined us and shared this important moment of remembrance.
