No wonder he’s boycotted! I was approached me for a bite on TV regarding Bhai Nijjar’s a§§asination and when interrupted on air I realised I was sharing screen with a petty criminal like Bitta. When confronted- this shoddy & deceptive anchor Amish Devgan then showed the audacity to twist Sikhi for his narrative. I never share space and don’t give any airtime to these h@temongers. It’s shame the journalism has totally crumbled and can stoop down to such shallow levels. Mr Ambani needs to look for better & credible anchors.

These are serious allegations being raised by Shree Brar after S. Deep Sidhu, S. Nangal Ambian & S. Moosewala’s demises under suspicious circumstances. The awakening amongst Sikh youth has truly shaken the tyrant to the core. I urge Panjabis to unite under one banner.

The erasure of Sikh heritage under the guise of Kaar Seva and modernisation has been a prolonged concern of Sikh people. This time it’s Gurudwara Sri Sis Ganj at Anandpur Sahib - a sacred site constructed by Guru Gobind Singh Ji themselves. The Gurudwara's authentic walls are being repainted and allegedly replaced with marble, thus threatening to erase its historical integrity hence causing huge anguish amongst Sikh Sangat worldwide. Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) strongly condemns and will not tolerate this alteration of Sikh history and appeals to the entire Sikh sangat to join a protest at Sri Anandpur Sahib on October 10th. Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee and all organizations entrusted with managing Sikh Gurudwaras must not allow this tampering of our religious heritage and must bring an immediate halt to this desecration.

As we approach the funeral of S. Avtar Singh Khanda this Saturday, 12/8 in UK, I raised the issue in the Parliament today and reminded of Sikhs being targeted with no accountability, justice or closure and how much it pains us. And I will continue to do so till my last breath.

ALERT: Considering the grave flooding in Jakhal, Haryana I’m increasingly worried after learning about Haryana govt’ intending to release water towards adjoining areas of Panjab which will face devastation as a result. I request CMO Haryana to act responsibly and also DC Sangrur Sangrur Police Government of Punjab to take stock of situation and show leadership to protect intersts of Panjabis. What sort of cowardly and inhumane attacks doctors and patients lying on stretcher? My heartfelt appreciation for these braveheart doctors who are treating farmers by risking their own well being. But another low for the police, who specifically are zoning in and attacking medical aid workers via drones who are treating farmers with wounds upto 7 inches and bleeding profusely.
