On the decision not to invite Khan to the Ad Hoc Committee, DA’s Glynnis Breytenbach said, “The decisions of this committee were taken by this committee, there were no individual decisions taken here” Ian Cameron sat on that same Committee with his colleague Breytenbach, he said nothing. We can say what we want but least Breytenbach has a spine, unlike these two chaps who want to make headlines using the name Julius Malema. Cameron, who happens to also be the Chair of the Portfolio Committee on Police is a coward, whose voice continues to be louder in the media than in the places where he has a Constitutional duty to actually do his work.

In conversation with some comrades a few weeks ago, we reflected on how the painful contradiction with those who use hate and violence against foreign nationals, in order to mobilise popular support, extort money or pursue votes, is that they are bound to commit an inhumane act towards their own self-destruction. All of them, their downfall is the inhumanity of what they do, because at the core of what they are doing, is cruelty and inhumanity, and it is then when they will know that South African people are not hateful people. In 2008 it was the burning and necklacing of foreign nationals in painful images. In early 2021 it was the raiding of homes of innocent people like Ntate Victor Ramarafe in Dobsonville, or the extortion of foreign nationals who were legal in Alexandra, otherwise they were evicted from their homes. In Diepsloot it was killing of people like Elvis Nyathi and burning him alive after stealing money from his wife. More recently it was the blocking of women and children at the gates of schools and clinics in Soweto, the birth of children at gates of clinics in Tshwane and the stopping of South Africans from healthcare because they could not readily produce an ID. People are now looting food in their names, men are beating women in hair salons all in a build-up of a hostel-centric hate groups’ activities. The more human rights atrocities they commit, the quicker they engineer their self-destruction, because South Africans have an irrefutable instinct to be human. South African people cannot reconcile their hearts with violence being committed against innocent human beings, and this is the lesson these hate groups will learn. The toxicity of Twitter is not reality, no South African mother will support a woman giving birth on a pavement because they don’t have a passport. No man or woman will cheer as a human being burns alive because they could not say elbow in Nguni. No sane South African will support looting of shops of the food that YOU claimed was poisonous, leaving them with no close and readily available access to food. There is a reason why political parties who campaign on violence against foreign nationals collectively and combined cannot surpass 5% in a national vote - South African people inherently are not monsters. It is just sad that the self-destruction of these hate groups, first requires tragedy and casualties, but it is alway inevitable.

We will not be neutral in the face of rubbish. They sing Shangaan suka endleleni, they call African people rats who breed uncontrollably, they threaten African people and incite violence and death. This is divisive nonsense which almost sank our democracy in the 90’s, the intent is to splinter South Africa into isolated Bantustans. First isolate us from Africa, then divide us amongst ourselves. Our democracy is too important to succumb to clowns.

FIFA needs to observe this culture of politicians who meddle in sporting affairs in SA. Here is a jealous old politician at 3:30am, expressing a desire to interfere in the work of a football federation, asking them to reprimand a player for greeting fans because of generational jealousy. Thank God playing for Bafana Bafana is not determined by Luthuli House, and if any stupid reprimand comes, we will know that this ANC politician told another ANC politician who is the head of SAFA called Danny Jordaan, to reprimand players for greeting fans. Danny Jordaan must not even try it. Teboho Mokoena must not be intimidated by jealous old men, who wish the youth loved and related with them the same way they do with Julius Malema. Old jealous goat sies, eaten by jealousy at 3am sies.

We stood and defended the MKP, when there were calls for them to disassociate with the hate group called March what what, or leave. As a matter of principle, we said we cannot operate on the basis of ultimatums - this followed Comrade Nathi Nhleko providing an acceptable clarification to the house that MKP is opposed to xenophobia and afrophobia, and the group is not an actual affiliate of the party. If you listen to illiterates who are obsessed with the EFF, you will end up fighting even those who defend you🤷🏾‍♂️

A 23-year old arrested for the murder of Nhlamulo Sambo, has confirmed that Nhlamulo was murdered following him being pursued by a mob. This was part of a weekend of xenophobic hate inspired by March and March in Mossel Bay. 55 homes were burned in KwaNonqaba, 400 foreign nationals were displaced, 2 Mozambiquen nationals were killed. Nhlamulo was killed because he is Tsonga, and according to the accused, he pled for mercy before he was killed. We refuse to forget. We must be louder than this hate group. Being a whistleblower and a top cop does not make one immune to error, irresponsible behaviour and critique. The EFF has always had this kind of relationship with Lt General Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi and all functionaries of the state. That is what Mkhwanazi is, a functionary of the state who has chosen to speak out. A functionary of the state, a state which has been run through the political outcomes of the ANC, is not infallible. Ronnie Kasrils, Mbazima Shilowa and many ANC stalwarts, including Mkhwanazi himself have stated the reality that intelligence and law enforcement has been compromised by the process and outcomes of ANC conferences. What would make Mkhwanazi immune to this political reality? What is wrong about pointing that out? No one in this country must have a blank cheque and South Africans must never be blackmailed into silence by people who think law enforcement is like supporting Kaizer Chiefs through thick and thin. This is law enforcement of a country, and a functionary of that is making sweeping unsubstantiated statements about politicians when he does not like what they have to say about him, selectively. Never must we descend public discourse and our democracy into a fan club. On the man-made governance crisis in Nelson Mandela Bay, wherein vacuums are deliberately created in order to aid patronage and corruption networks. The EFF will employ competent, qualified, skilled professionals in Nelson Mandela Bay’s bureaucracy, in order to build a municipality which will not rely on tendering and contracting for services. Tenders are at the centre of collapsing municipalities! Operation Dudula is an interference organization of the State, created to give the impression that the ANC has not been able to create jobs, build the economy or secure borders because of foreigners. As a result, you will blame foreigners instead of blaming the failed ANC government and capital for your problems. It seems we will have to go and kill Dudula again. The new Nhlanhla Lux is Zandile Dubula. We have 7-days to attend to her. Ends.

It is absolutely scary that the ANC in the impeachment committee said “Let’s not oppose Ramaphosa’s interdict as a Committee - let’s leave it to the Speaker” They knew full well that the Speaker Thoko Didiza would not oppose Ramaphosa’s interdict application. By the time the impeachment committee would realise this plot, it would have been too late to file papers opposing Ramaphosa’s attempt to stop the committee from executing its mandate as per the ConCourt Judgement. What makes it worse, the Speaker ignored legal advice that said she must oppose as it’s her Constitutional duty, and fundraised a dodgy legal opinion from ANC Matthews Phosa’s law firm a week later to justify a wrong decision. It gets worse! Thoko Didiza was an ANC MP who violated the Constitution by voting to suppress the Section 89 Independent Panel Report, a decision set aside by the ConCourt! The latest is an attempt to have terms of reference that make it possible for Ramaphosa to send a legal team to testify in his behalf. The ANC has not changed one bit!

Data and Airtime are not perishable goods, and that they expire when not used with a certain period of time contributes to the struggles of access to information for ordinary poor citizens! Shoprite does not fetch bread in my house if I don’t eat it within 2-days. I bought it, I own it and should use it as I see fit. The EFF says down with airtime and data expiration mandates!
