Visited the Emali-Matiliku road, which was launched just two days ago by Mr. Ruto. Shockingly, all the big machinery is gone and no work has begun. This pattern repeats itself across the country, a regime more interested in grand launches and photo opportunities than in actual progress. Projects are announced with fanfare, but the people are left waiting for real work to happen. This is why the whole country sings #WANTAM as our second National Anthem.

Today, we said “Thank You.” Thank you, Rt. Hon. Raila Amolo Odinga, our Second Prime Minister, for your lifelong sacrifice and unwavering commitment to our beloved Kenya, to Africa, and to humanity as a whole. Your courage, resilience, and love for this nation have inspired generations and helped shape the democracy we are so proud of today. Baba, will never be forgotten. Your flame will be kept alive. A special thank you to Mama Ida Odinga and the entire Odinga family for sharing the Prime Minister with us for all these years. Your patience, strength, and understanding have been the quiet foundation beneath his public service. Because of your support, Kenya stands taller — a freer, fairer, and more hopeful nation. With full hearts, we simply say: thank you.

Mr. Ruto, instead of addressing the skyrocketing cost of fuel that is crippling ordinary Kenyans, you choose to make me Kalonzo Musyoka the subject of your roof top rants? That speaks volumes. I take that as a sign, hii imeenda! Kenyans are watching, and they deserve a leader focused on a clear direction, not deflection. Make no mistake, wewe ni WANTAM! 🇰🇪

I strongly condemn the violent attack at Witima ACK Church in Othaya, where former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua and his team, together with unarmed leaders and civilians, are trapped inside a place of worship as live bullets and tear gas are deployed and vehicles torched outside. This is a grave and unacceptable violation of the Constitution and the rule of law. A church is a sacred and protected space. The use of force against unarmed citizens in such circumstances is unlawful and indefensible. I hold the Inspector General of Police and all those responsible fully accountable for the safety of Rigathi Gachagua, his team, and all civilians inside the church. No political ambition or rivalry can ever justify terrorising citizens or attacking a place of worship. Kenya must remain a constitutional democracy governed by law, not violence, fear, or impunity.

President Ruto, Yesterday, I declared before this nation that you have failed every test of leadership. Today, at the Gitaru-Kikuyu Interchange, you answered not with governance, but with guns. Before the eyes of the entire world, you deployed the police - whom you have weaponised as instruments of repression - to fire live and rubber bullets at us and at Kenyans who were peaceful, exercising our constitutionally guaranteed rights. You organised the rain of teargas upon crowds and shot teargas canisters into vehicles. This was a direct and deliberate attempt upon the lives of the United Alternative Government Principals, our staff, and wananchi. These are not the actions of a president. They are the actions of a man who fears the people he was elected to serve. But hear me well, Mr. Ruto. You cannot shoot down the will of a people and you cannot teargas a nation's conscience. This is not Haiti, Mr. Ruto. This is Kenya; a sovereign, constitutionally governed nation. Its citizens are not subjects to be silenced with bullets, but free people whose votes will shoot you at the ballot on August 10, 2027.

35 years ago, brave men and women took to our streets seeking an end to single-party dictatorship and the return of multiparty democracy. We remember the iconic image of the young Turks, standing on a pickup's bed, speaking to Kenyans and the world via loudspeakers. Their determined voices eventually led to the repeal of Section 2A of the then Constitution of Kenya, returning our Republic to a multiparty state. Their sacrifices resulted in Kenya’s Second Liberation, the hallmark of which is the birth of The Constitution of Kenya, 2010 – a living law that we are very proud of. As we celebrate our heroes, including Kenneth Matiba, Charles Rubia, and Martin Shikuku, we take this moment to salute the generational awakening sweeping through our beloved motherland. Today, the voice of resistance is found in our youth, who, in peaceful protest against impunity, injustice, corruption and misrule, use their phones to air, tweet, and record their grievances and concerns; carry a bottle of water to quench their march's thirst; and carry the flag of Kenya to show the world how very proud they are to be Kenyan. They are the faces and voices of the Third Liberation. We join them today, in resolute fearlessness and determination to ensure this Ruto regime is #WanTam. Long live #SabaSaba2025

There are no anarchists. They are absolutely constitutional. We must ALL uphold the rule of law. How can you say that a young lady, a young man, armed with a bottle of water and a phone is an anarchist? I don't know how to thank Gen Zs. They have really liberated this country forever. #RutoMustGo

Mandera County is under siege. Jubaland forces from Somalia have crossed into Kenyan territory and are terrorizing our people, yet the CS for Interior continues to deny their presence. Even the President himself has chosen inaction, appearing too weak to defend the sovereignty of our nation. The Governor of Mandera has pleaded with the Commander-in-Chief to act, but instead, it seems Mr. Ruto is deliberately working to destabilize this country. A government that cannot protect its borders or its citizens has no moral right to call itself a government of the people.
