If you believe that none of the people leaving 34 Fairview, some of which saw the Lexus near the flagpole & knew John O’Keefe was coming over, saw John’s body in the yard … then why is it so out of the realm of possibility that Lucky didn’t see him either? I mean he confirmed what all these people said which is that they didn’t see John laying in the yard by the flag pole: •Jennifer McCabe •Matt McCabe •Brian Higgins •Sarah Levinson •Julie Nagel •Ryan Nagel •Caitlin Albert •Tristin Morris It’s interesting to see the same testimony “I didn’t see a body” considered differently by various people. The video below mimics the exact movements of the McCabe vehicle as they were leaving the house that night. Jen & the 2 girls in the back might’ve been engaged in a conversation & maybe weren’t paying attention. Matt, however, would have been looking straight ahead as he was driving. When he switched gears from reverse to drive, the vehicle would be still & his headlights would have been shining DIRECTLY on John’s body. So did he not see John’s body because John wasn’t there? Or is he lying about not seeing John laying there? Help me understand. #KarenRead

The chief public defender of Allen County is William Lebrato - who briefly represented #RichardAllen & did an interview with Barbara MacDonald saying Rick didn’t have anything to do with the murders & that 1 girl was sacrificed & the other was killed. Clipped from Indianapolis Metropolitan Police scanner by someone else.

HAHAHAHAHA not Coffindaffer now on court TV! I hate to break it to you but what this means is that the evidence presented to the jury either wasn’t found to be credible or wasn’t enough to get them to beyond a reasonable doubt. & Karen Read WAS there to drop John off.

I’m glad you said this because I found this recorded call today & verified the number is in fact Diamond Towing, which towed #KarenRead’s car from her parents home at the request of Trooper Michael Proctor.

How Canton Police justified paying this dingleberry $320k+ per year I will never know. This is only 4 minutes of testimony & he gets more stupid by the minute. & y’all couldn’t afford body cameras or God forbid functional windshield wipers for officer Saraf’s cruiser but you threw over $300k at this capuzzelle & $40k for Chief Rafferty to have a new kitchen & neither of them even work there anymore? Like … am I in crazy world? If I were the jury I would be horrified. #KarenRead #KarenReadTrial2

Please see ALL the words of #KarenRead’s attorney, David Yannetti, early-on. He doesn’t see any criminal intent, a necessary component for the charge, in the affidavit (written by Proctor) to justify a charge of manslaughter. & also … you misquoted what the article states. “She HAS no criminal intent.” Not “had”.

So last year during #KarenRead’s first trial, the commonwealth was of the opinion that bite mark analysis was an unreliable science. Yet this trial they’re gonna bring in some dude who obtained what they allege is a mold of Chloe Albert’s teeth so he can tell the jury he compared them to John’s arm wounds & determined they couldn’t possibly be caused by her? 🤔
