This shit makes way too much sense. What it Shanks stopped Mihawk from hunting Marines like he did with Loki? What if the reason they dueled was because Shanks wanted to maintain the balance of power in the world of One Piece and Mihawk was threatening that balance by hunting too many Marines. Maybe Shanks convinced Mihawk to wait for the Sun God’s return and Mihawk was convinced and chose to trust Shanks and wait for Luffy’s return. What do ya’ll think about Bogard’s take?
