🚨 Very Scary For the past two months, this 12-year-old girl had been suffering from pain in her right nostril along with repeated episodes of bleeding. There was no history of any injury. She used to go daily to fields and forest areas to graze animals. On examination, a greenish-brown moving mass was seen inside her nose, which turned out to be a leech.
