This is former Nigerian Head of State, General Abdulsalami Abubakar, being used in a hospital advert after undergoing knee replacement surgery in India. These so-called “experienced leaders” had every opportunity while in power to build first-class healthcare facilities in Nigeria. Yet, in old age, they travel abroad for the very medical care they failed to make adequately available at home and can even end up as advertisements for foreign hospitals. At this rate, perhaps one day a hospital in France will be using a Nigerian president, Tinubu for its adverts. What a tragic indictment of decades of failed leadership and neglect of Nigeria’s healthcare system.

This retired loudmouth, Christopher Musa, who failed in his duties as a serving General in the Nigerian Army Nigerian Army , is now here promising free and fair elections in 2027, when he is, in fact, a partisan hack for Tinubu Bola Ahmed Tinubu. Who exactly do these guys think they are fooling?

Just last week, I spoke about drone taxis and the future of transportation, and, as usual, they mocked the idea and dismissed it as unrealistic. Yet, only a few days later, some of those same people are celebrating reports of Elon Musk's flying cars! When we propose futuristic solutions in Nigeria, they ridicule us. When similar ideas come from abroad, they suddenly become technological breakthroughs worthy of celebration. Again, our only crime is being ahead of our time! #Sowore2027

Yes, today in New York, I joined the Free Palestine protest. No justice, no peace! #FreePalestine! I condemn the genocide being committed by the state of Israel in Gaza. I joined to make it clear that Nigerians stand for justice and human rights for Palestinians.

The lawless Department of State Services (DSS) has apparently been tracking my movements since I arrived in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, for the Nigerian Bar Association Annual General Conference. After my speech at the Kay Hikers gathering, we noticed some strange movements and decided to switch vehicles. That was when we discovered an electronic tracking device attached underneath the security vehicle we had used that night. They are really scared!

After 20 long months away from my family, I have finally arrived at our family home in New Jersey. For 20 months, the Tinubu regime deployed one institution after another against me. First came the now-retired illegal IGP, Kayode Egbetokun. When that chapter ended, the lawless Department of State Services (DSS) under its DG , Tosin Ajayi was activated. Through it all, they repeatedly targeted my international passport, send me to dangerous detention centers using court processes to infringe of my liberty and using so-called bail conditions to restrict my movement. But we fought back. We resisted. And we prevailed. I must express my profound appreciation to the courageous lawyers who remained firm, fearless and astute throughout this battle for freedom, and to our fighter comrades who stood with us every inch of the way. Together, we refused to allow oppression to take hold. I am finally home with my family. While here, I will also visit several cities across the United States and Canada, engaging Nigerians and friends of our revolutionary movement. I will return soon to continue the #Sowore2027 campaign on the ground. Nothing can stop us. No persecution, detention, passport seizure or abuse of state power will extinguish our determination. We are revolutionaries, and we are determined to TAKE BACK OUR COUNTRY! #Sowore2027 #TakeItBack #RevokutionNow

VIDEO: Today, I visited the crash site of the Nigerian Air Force military aircraft in Ondo State. At the entrance to the crash site, we encountered military personnel who had mounted a roadblock and cordoned off the area. We exchanged greetings with the officers, acknowledged their presence and duties, and subsequently departed from the location.

NATURE ABHORS TINUBU! Even nature seems to have had enough of Tinubu Bola Ahmed Tinubu! A powerful rainstorm brought down his campaign billboard. For those who believe in symbolism, the image speaks volumes; the wind of change has spoken. Nature has sent its own signal! #Sowore2027 #TinubuMustGO

The GPS tracker that was attached to my vehicle by Department of State Services (DSS) during my visit to the Nigerian Bar Association Annual General Conference in Port Harcourt contains a KORE-branded SIM card, with ICCID number 89883070000061116842. KORE Wireless is an Atlanta, Georgia-based company that provides global IoT connectivity and SIM solutions. The critical question now is: who subscribed to and activated this SIM, and who was receiving the location data from the tracker? We will continue pursuing every lead to establish the subscriber and those responsible for placing the tracker on my vehicle.

Men and women of the Nigeria Police Force Nigeria Police Force deployed to monitor the Osun Stage gubernatorial election somehow found time to attack us on our way into Oshogbo today. Despite our having a respectful and peaceful conversation with them, they secretly fired tear gas at us as we continued on our journey. But their intimidation failed. We pushed through, arrived in Oshogbo, and triumphed. The police should be protecting citizens and safeguarding the democratic process, not attacking peaceful political actors. Shame on the Nigeria Police Force!

Ned Nwoko’s “Mosquito Trial” Ends in Defeat, we Won The Federal High Court has brought the so-called “Mosquito Trial” to an end and we won. The case, instituted by the Nigeria Police, on behalf of the so-called billionaire, Ned Nwoko ended ingloriously today after four years of legal proceedings. Justice Emeka Nwite struck out the case. It began in 2022, when the Nigeria police arrested me following a cybercrime complaint by Ned Nwoko. I was accused of cyberbullying Mr. Nwoko because Sahara Reporters had published a report about his foundation and its widely publicised campaign to eradicate mosquitoes in Africa. The allegations went even further. I was accused of suggesting that donors were being scammed in the name of the mosquito-eradication project. But I asked a simple question, if mosquitoes could not be eradicated around his own residence in Abuja, how exactly did he intend to eradicate them across Africa? That question landed me in court. For four long years, I stood my ground. Today, the case has ended and we won. They tried to turn journalism, criticism and legitimate questions into a criminal case. They tried to intimidate me, but they failed. Four years later, the mosquito has finally been swatted. Truth may be delayed, but it cannot be permanently buried. We won. #Sowore2027

When Chibuike R. Amaechi stood at the Nigerian Bar Association Annual General Conference in Port Harcourt boasting, “Take Omoyele Sowore around Rivers State, I built this road, I built that road, I built this school, I built that school,” he may have forgotten to look around him. This was the venue of the very NBA conference where he made those boasts. Look around Port Harcourt. Look at the roads. Look at the infrastructure. Look at the condition of a state they governed and claimed to have transformed. This is the Rivers State they built.
