A real good video showing that Jordan was removing debris or ice from the kid. The kid was drenched during the celebration with water and ice along with the confetti. Zoomed in you can see Jordan is clearly tugging on the shirt. Falsely accusing people of being pedos is really disgusting behavior especially when he have pedos being protected by the government

“90s players weren’t skilled”. Jason Williams would break the internet today

Jeff Van Gundy on why Jordan is the best basketball player ever. If he had one game he needed to win, Michael Jordan is that guy. He discusses what makes Jordan the best ever and how Jordan with 2 weeks of basketball after 2yrs away scored 55pts on his TOP DEFENSIVE TEAM Knicks and had the game winning assist on a beautiful pass

Funny how LeBron fans won’t call LeBron’s first 12 seasons “plumbers” or “not skilled” era. Interesting video of guy showing how much different the game was in 2011 vs today. It basically shows how 2000’s and early 2010’s basketball is far closer to 90’s NBA than today. He points out all the non shooters in the floor, lack of spacing, etc. Even shows a clip of LeBron driving to the basket but finding no space to shoot with 3 guys around him and only a subpar shooter to pass it too. But based on LeBron fan logic, today’s players are just far more skilled than 2004-2014 so the top players today must be better than peak LeBron.

Isiah Thomas is still butthurt that Jordan beat him & that Isiah was left off the 1992 dream team. Lately been arguing MJ isn’t even top 5 & now claims KD is just as good as MJ Here is Isiah praising MJ as the best he’s ever seen before he lost to MJ & before the 92 Olympics

Toni Kukoc is a perfect example of how a player built for today’s game wasn’t or couldn’t be properly utilized in the 90’s. The game relied more on post play so tall players like Kukoc didn’t fit in to the era as he would today because his post game was mediocre and his post defense was horrible. Kukoc was 6’10 with very good passing and good scorers. Yet he never came close to making an all-star nor did he ever average 19ppg or 6apg in a season. If you ever wonder how rules and style of game play dictate what type of player succeeds, look at Toni Kukoc. Or Derrick Coleman.

Rules today are a joke. This Giannis play had 5 “steps” after the last dribble & a hard push off to create space. Look at example of 80s 90s traveling & push off fouls as comparison & you can understand why it’s so much easier to score today. “Evolution” as LeBron fans claim when criticizing past eras. #nba #NBARulesNeedToBeChanged

2020 NBA finals were possibly the worst defense played. No wonder stats were exploding in the late 2010's & early 2020's. Never have I seen so many easy shots. Lots of wide-open shots. Terrible defense on ISO just letting dribbler get past them with little effort & with no help defense or rim protection behind it. Defenses completely unable to defend against simple pick & rolls. There was no handchecking (just Olé matador defense) but offensive players were able to push defenders to clear space. The rim protector for MIA was usually a guard! MIA was missing their top defender, Bam Adebayo This is taken only from 'highlights' the NBA posted. I can only imagine there were far worse defensive plays / easy scores that didn't make the NBA's highlights reel. #NBA #2020NBAFinals #LeBronJames #AnthonyDavis

Kareem Abdul Jabbar is arguably the 2nd best player NBA history behind the goat MJ. Most think his offense was mostly the skyhook but that not the case. He had a lot of moves in the post and these highlights don’t even include the skyhook In fact, his skyhook was as a great as he was because they couldn’t overplay his hook or else he will punish them with another post move. Great footwork for a 7’1 big

Rules and enforcement shape what player do best in an era. Here is 1980’s 7’4 Ralph Sampson. He was super athletic, he could run the floor as good or better than Wemby, he could dribble, etc. Yet he was never as good as Hakeem nor ever a first team all-NBA player because the game back then incentivized post play for bigs. This is a great example of how skilled players today might not do as good in the past simply because there were different skills needed in the game. Plenty of other examples like this such as Derrick Coleman in the 90’s making only one all star despite being a 6’10 PF/C that could dribble and pass and had a decent outside shot. But the game incentivized post play for the bigs and Coleman only made one all-star.
